La cordialità dei proprietari e del loro staff fa da cornice a tutto questo. Consigliatissimo! Second experience, further confirmation. Characteristic and welcoming location. Da segnare sulla cartina come posto da ritornare innumerevoli volte. Beautiful room, the bathroom has a design to copy entirely. The dishes one better than the other. I recommend trying the omelette. To be marked on the map as a place to return countless times.

Poi è la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale a confermare l'impressione, con una cura non comune nello spiegare piatti ed ingredienti. Anche se l'esperienza gastronomica si è limitata agli antipasti e alla pizza, è venuto fuori lo stesso lo spirito del luogo e la qualità dei prodotti e della cucina. Non va aggiunto altro perché ogni portata è stata una sorpresa e le sorprese non vanno disvelate. What is striking about this restaurant is the warm and welcoming atmosphere that is revealed already at the entrance, at the first glance on the furnishings. Then it is the availability and kindness of the staff to confirm the impression, with an uncommon care in explaining dishes and ingredients. Even if the gastronomic experience was limited to appetizers and pizza, the spirit of the place and the quality of the products and cuisine came out. Nothing more should be added because each course was a surprise and surprises should not be revealed.

Birre artigianali servite senza bicchieri, antipasti serviti a centro tavola senza dare i piatti ai commensali(in pratica abbiamo mangiato gli antipasti come nel film di totò).Abbiamo ordinato 11 pizze e ci è stato detto che essendo sabato c'era da aspettare un poco. Le pizze sono arrivate dopo 2 ore abbondanti servendo solo 4 persone x volta e dimenticando anche una, quindi 10 hanno mangiato e uno no. Per scusarsi del disservizio, dopo le nostre innumerevoli lamentele, il proprietario decide di farci pagare la metà(evidente si è accorto d aver toppato alla grade) anche se in realtà nn meritava neanche una lira. La location si allarga sia nel “locale soprano” (cosi veniva denominata la piccola abitazione di fronte del fornaio), sia sullo scalone antistante, dove diviene piacevole fermarsi all’ombra della vite nelle giornate di calura estiva. Vengono proposti soprattutto piatti di carne ma non manca qualche proposta di pesce. Consigliata prenotazione (da gestire anche on line). Molto curato l’arredamento. Piacevole sosta a Canosa, cittadina della BAT ricca di itinerari e siti archeologici imperdibili! An ancient 17th century oven transformed into a small restaurant where you can taste traditional Canosian dishes, also revisited with innovative "thrusts". The location expands both in the "local soprano" (as the small house in front of the baker was called), and on the front staircase, where it becomes pleasant to stop in the shade of the vine on hot summer days. Above all, meat dishes are offered, but there are also some fish dishes. Reservation recommended (to be managed also online). The furnishings are very accurate. Pleasant stop in Canosa, a town in BAT rich in itineraries and unmissable archaeological sites!

The room was very cozy with a nice terrace, the staff was really kind and friendly, the atmosphere just lovely and perfect to disconnect and unwind, and last but not least: the food, it was delicious and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place!
