★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale ricavato nella ex macelleria della famiglia, curato nei particolari con uno stile rustico ma raffinato. Si percepisce la professionalità del personale anche se giovane, cordiale e preparato. La cena inizia con due piccoli assaggi e subito si intuisce che sarà un'esperienza culinaria non banale. Il tagliere condiviso, curato con ottimi prodotti del territorio e una fantastica giardiniera di loro produzione....la carne, il loro punto di forza, ha soddisfatto le attese, ottima, tenera ben cucinata ma soprattutto saporita con il suo contorno abbinato e a secondo del piatto una piccola composta di mele e senape o di cipolle caramellate.Il vino ottimo l'abbinamento con un Pinot nero riserva, come il gewurztraminer che ho preso io amando i vini bianchi..I dolci da gran pasticceria, da gustare con un moscato, ottima anche l'idea della versione mignon per chi non ci vuole rinunciare....Il conto adeguato alle delizie gustate. Vi consiglio sicuramente quest'esperienza che appaga tutti i sensi...
 Local created in the former butcher of the family, with attention to detail with a rustic but refined style. The professionalism of the staff is perceived even if young, friendly and prepared. Dinner begins with two small tastings and you immediately realize that it will be a non-trivial culinary experience. The shared cutting board, prepared with excellent local products and a fantastic pickle of their own production .... the meat, their strong point, has met the expectations, excellent, tender well cooked but above all tasty with its combined side dish and according to of the dish a small compote of apples and mustard or caramelized onions. The wine is excellent when paired with a Pinot Noir Riserva, such as the gewurztraminer that I bought, loving white wines. The idea of the mignon version is also excellent for those who do not want to give it up .... The right account for the delights tasted. I definitely recommend this experience that satisfies all the senses ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante dall'atmosfera piacevole. Personale garbato ed elegante nei modi pur senza risultare soffocante o poco affabile. Ogni prodotto è ricercato ed oggetto di una speciale attenzione al territorio ed ai suoi prodotti locali.
La carne è il fiore all'occhiello. Cruda o cotta, disvela chiara eccellenza e ricercatezza. Gli altri prodotti rimangono ugualmente speciali e ben trattati.
La sola pecca è la mancanza di ricercatezza in alcuni aspetti che complimentino il resto dell'esperienza. Una selezione di caffè (tre sarebbero sufficienti) ed un ampliamento del parco birre.
Nel complesso uno dei migliori ristoranti della Valle.
Pleasant atmosphere restaurant. Staff polite and elegant in their ways without being suffocating or not very affable. Each product is sought after and the subject of special attention to the territory and its local products.
Meat is the flagship. Raw or cooked, it reveals clear excellence and refinement. The other products remain equally special and well treated.
The only flaw is the lack of refinement in some aspects that compliment the rest of the experience. A selection of coffees (three would be sufficient) and an extension of the beer park.
Overall one of the best restaurants in the Valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ristorante con macelleria di proprietà che propone cucina tipica e non rivisitata con cura, la carne e i salumi sono infatti buonissimi.
Abbiamo preso anche della tartare di carne cruda davvero buona e un petto d'anatra con un tocco orientale particolare e molto apprezzato.
Carta dei vini molto buona e servizio gentile e attento.

Excellent restaurant with its own butcher's shop that offers typical cuisine that has not been carefully revisited, the meat and cold cuts are in fact very good.
We also had some really good raw meat tartare and a duck breast with a particular oriental touch and much appreciated.
Very good wine list and kind and attentive service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing find tucked away in beautiful Predazzo. Traditional Italian in a modern beautiful setting. High quality ingredients carefully and thoughtfully turned into stunning meals. The small deserts were wonderful and the wine list very reasonable. Highly recommended if you are looking for a memorable culinary experience.
