★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati a Predazzo sabato mattina alle 07:15 dopo essere partiti alle 22:30 da Roma, troviamo aperto il Bar Ancora. Siamo in 8, 4 adulti e 4 bambini.
Al banco una sola persona che fa da cassa e prepara le consumazioni.
Ci fa accomodare ai tavoli, dopo aver controllato i green pass e va subito in tilt.
Nel frattempo un'altra ragazza puliva beatamente i vetri del locale, lasciando sola e in difficoltà la persona al banco, dove nel frattempo si erano accodati altri clienti.
Servizio pessimo!
Arrived in Predazzo on Saturday morning at 07:15 after leaving Rome at 22:30, we find the Ancora Bar open. We are 8, 4 adults and 4 children.
At the counter there is only one person who acts as a cashier and prepares the drinks.
He makes us sit at the tables, after having checked the green passes and immediately goes haywire.
In the meantime, another girl was blissfully cleaning the windows of the room, leaving the person at the counter alone and in difficulty, where in the meantime other customers had queued up.
Bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo fermati per il pranzo domenicale. Ottimi i primi piatti gnocchetti di polenta, strozzapreti formaggio e salvia, fettuccine. Personale gentilissimo e competente. Ci ha consigliato lo strudel, ottimo e particolare. Ci ha spiegato la ricetta e la storia dello strudel. Per il caffè ci ha fatto accomodare nella sala accanto col televisore (stavamo seguendo le Olimpiadi su tablet) dove abbiamo visto insieme l oro di Tamberi e di Jacobs, trasformando un ottimo pranzo in una giornata indimenticabile. Molto professionali nella gestione della sala e degli ospiti. Consigliatissimo.
We stopped for Sunday lunch. Excellent pasta dishes with polenta dumplings, strozzapreti cheese and sage, fettuccine. Very kind and competent staff. He recommended the strudel, excellent and particular. He explained the recipe and the history of the strudel to us. For the coffee he made us sit in the next room with the TV (we were following the Olympics on tablet) where we saw together the gold of Tamberi and Jacobs, transforming an excellent lunch into an unforgettable day. Very professional in the management of the room and guests. Highly recommended.

I piatti erano davvero molto buoni, presentati con cura e davvero belli.
Il personale è veramente molto gentile e il prezzo giusto per la qualità del cibo.

The dishes were really very good, carefully presented and really beautiful.
