★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono cose che fanno la differenza tra un albergatore ed un altro e uno che si approfitta di una situazione spiacevole a proprio vantaggio è sintomo di come tratta i suoi clienti o potenziali. Prenoto prima di Natale online per una data disponibile in gennaio e meno di 24 ore dopo disdico sia sul sito sia inviando una mail indicando problemi seri di salute (eventualmente documentabili). Appena ricevuta e letta la mail mi trattengono il 20%. Non mi impoverisco per questo, ma mi fa molta tristezza.
Mi inviano un vaucher per quanto trattenuto che ovviamente non utilizzerò mai.

I book before Christmas online for a date available in January and less than 24 hours after I cancel both on the website and by sending an email indicating serious health problems (possibly documentable). As soon as I receive and read the email, they keep me 20%. I am not impoverished for this, but it makes me very sad.
They send me a voucher, however withheld, which obviously I will never use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel, è davvero molto bello ed arredato con gusto, si mangia bene, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, mi sono trovato molto bene, unica pecca la skiroom non ha lo scalda scarponi. Rapporto prezzo qualità davvero ottimo
I recently stayed in this hotel, it is really very nice and tastefully furnished, the food is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, I felt very comfortable, the only flaw is the skiroom does not have a ski boot heater. Really good value for money

Sono in possesso di un voucher e l'hotel sta facendo di tutto per evitare che io possa prenotare... inventando una scusa dietro l'altra, prima che hanno ristrutturato e non hanno + stanze economy poi che non sanno se resteranno aperti vista la situazione Covid (trovo veramente triste il fatto di nascondersi dietro ad una emergenza sanitaria mondiale per evitare che io possa prenotare). Il personale è altamente maleducato e non disponibile. Struttura da evitare se non avessi il voucher, iniziativa alla quale loro hanno aderito..
IN MERITO ALLA VOSTRA RISPOSTA DI CAMBIARE STRUTTARA SI CAPISCE FORTEMENTE CHE NON VOLETE CHE IO PRENOTI DA VOI, TRA L'ALTRO CAMBIARE STRUTTURA è IMPOSSIBILE E LE RECENSIONI SONO LIBERE E UN UTENTE LE PUò FARE TRANQUILLAMENTE ANCHE SE NON HA SOGGIORNATO DA VOI MA VEDE UNA FORTE MANCANZA DI RISPETTO NEI CONFONTI DI CHI VORREBBE VENIRE DA VOI MA NON PUò PERCHè CONTINUATE A INVENTARE UNA SCUSA DIETRO L'ALTRA.

I am in possession of a voucher and the hotel is doing everything to prevent me from being able to book ... inventing one excuse after another, before they have renovated and do not have + economy rooms then they do not know if they will remain open given the Covid situation (I find it really sad to hide behind a global health emergency to prevent me from being able to book). The staff are highly rude and not helpful. Structure to avoid if you do not have the voucher, an initiative to which they have joined ..
WITH REGARD TO YOUR REPLY TO CHANGE THE STRUCTURE IT IS STRONGLY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO BOOK FROM YOU, BETWEEN THE OTHER, CHANGING THE STRUCTURE IS IMPOSSIBLE AND THE REVIEWS ARE FREE AND A USER CAN DO THEM WITH QUIET EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT STAYED BY YOU STRONG LACK OF RESPECT FOR THOSE WHO WOULD COME TO YOU BUT CANNOT BECAUSE YOU CONTINUE TO INVENT AN EXCUSE BEHIND THE OTHER.

We stayed in Val di Fiemme for several weeks for business, always staying at the Hotel Negritella. TOPPPPP Quality Price Ratio ?. Sonia and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati accolti benissimo, abbiamo portato anche il nostro pastore tedesco e la cagnolina di 9 kg e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Personale gentile e simpatico anche con i nostri 4 zampe, mezza pensione ottima se di giorno vuoi fare un giro e pranzare fuori o eventualmente da asporto in camera. Per le pulizie sono stati gentilissimi a lasciarci anche dei tappetini extra per i nostri cani; Abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di portarli nella sala ristorante con noi. Albergo vicino a delle bellissime passeggiate e ad altri paesi da visitare.
Sicuramente molto consigliato!
We were very well received, we also brought our German shepherd and the 9 kg dog and we were very happy.
Friendly and friendly staff even with our 4-legged friends, excellent half-board if you want to take a tour during the day and have lunch out or possibly take away in your room. For the cleaning they were very kind to leave us some extra mats for our dogs; We also had the opportunity to take them to the restaurant with us. Hotel close to beautiful walks and other towns to visit.
Definitely highly recommended!
