Le sale sono delle vere e proprie sale che rispecchiano la divisione degli spazi dell'epoca in cui fu costruito. Una rimodernata conferirebbe maggiore valore al ristorante. Staff very helpful. Located in an ancient building in the heart of Minervino Murge. The rooms are real rooms that reflect the division of spaces of the time in which it was built. A refurbishment would add more value to the restaurant.

L' ambiente familiare e la cucina casalinga mi infonde un senso di tranquillità e di serenità tanto da sentirmi più un ospite e che un cliente. Gentilezza, correttezza, qualità e prezzo giustificano le 4 stelle. It is my point of reference every time I visit Minervino. The family atmosphere and home cooking gives me a sense of tranquility and serenity so much that I feel more like a guest than a customer. Kindness, correctness, quality and price justify the 4 stars.

Entri in casa e subito l'accoglienza ti fa capire che sei ospite e come tale verrai trattato. Cibi ottimi, accoglienza fantastica... Ad ora di pranzo e durante la settimana sembra di essere in famiglia. Merita, merita davvero! You come in and think ... Where have I ended up? At the end of the meal all your answers will be answered. It is not a restaurant, it is what true southern welcome is. You enter the house and immediately the welcome makes you understand that you are a guest and you will be treated as such. Excellent food, fantastic welcome ... At lunchtime and during the week it feels like being with family. It deserves, it really deserves!

Nicola, che con la sua simpatia non manca mai di intrattenere i clienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Genuine cuisine (like being at home), in a stately building. The managers welcome and pamper you throughout your stay in the restaurant, in particular the histrionic Mr. Nicola, who with his sympathy never fails to entertain customers. Excellent value for money

Persona stupenda che ti fa sentire a casa tua. Il ristorante è molto bello . Da visitare . .. all' anno prossimo Like every year when we go back to Puglia. We are obliged to come here for lunch at least once. The food is excellent and natural and even more so the owner. Wonderful person who makes you feel at home. The restaurant is very nice. Accoglienza e ospitalità fanno da cornice alla loro eccellente e vera cucina tradizionale. E un po' come sentirsi a casa. Non vorrei dire, ma tutto ciò è stato approvato da mia madre, LOL. ??? I prodotti messi in tavola sono freschi. Tutto ciò ad un costo veramente basso, eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo raccomando Vivamente. We find ourselves in a historic building, which makes us take a small leap into the past. Welcome and hospitality are the setting for their excellent and true traditional cuisine. It is a bit like feeling at home. I don't mean to say, but all of that was approved by my mom, LOL. ??? The products placed on the table are fresh. All this at a very low cost, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

I prodotti che abbiamo consumato erano tipici del posto e sicuramente molto freschi. Anche i primi e il dessert erano fenomenali. Il proprietario ,Nicola, avrebbe da insegnare a molti ristoratori l arte dell'accoglienza. Il prezzo è conveniente e adatto a tutti. Sicuramente ci torneremo per assaggiare le altre proposte del menù. We had lunch in this beautiful restaurant in the center of Minervino built inside an old noble palace. The products we consumed were typical of the place and certainly very fresh. The starters and dessert were also phenomenal. The owner, Nicola, would have to teach many restaurateurs the art of hospitality. The price is affordable and suitable for everyone. We will certainly be back to taste the other proposals on the menu.

Nicola the proprietor making sure our needs were well met. Pastas left nothing to be desired. We hesitated with desserts so he brought us a selection with a bit of everything — and it was all delicious. All this for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended.
