Per non parlare anche della pizza eccezionale quella fatta nel tradizionale forno a legna che con la sua leggerezza mi ha fatto dormire senza dovermi alzare di notte a bere litri d'acqua. E non da meno la pizza al taglio, che con la sua varietà di gusti ti mette in difficoltà su quale pizza prendere, perché vorresti assaggiarli tutti. E che dire dei pazerotti fritti e delle focaccine fritte.....sublimi...... E in fine tutto lo staff sempre sorridente e attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Bravissimi. Fantastic experience ..... Thanks Vincenzo for letting me taste your secret recipe of "javilicchio". Not to mention the exceptional pizza made in the traditional wood oven which with its lightness made me sleep without having to get up at night to drink liters of water. And not least the pizza by the slice, which with its variety of flavors puts you in difficulty as to which pizza to take, because you would like to taste them all. And what about the fried pazerotti and fried scones ..... sublime ...... And finally all the staff always smiling and attentive to every customer need. Very good.

In più prezzi nella norma.... Provare per credere. Ps: a pieno le 5 stelle..... Why recommend the hearth? Well simple. Very nice cozy restaurant but above all excellent cuisine, delicious and very tasty food. In more normal prices .... Try to believe. Ps: full 5 stars .....

Ho avuto modo anche di pranzare per alcune festività (in passato) e devo dire che sono rimasta soddisfatta. Cucina tradizionale rivista in chiave moderna. Ci torneró appena possibile per mangiare ancora gli ottimi panzerotti. Really a certainty: a historic pizzeria with a wood oven. First quality products and courtesy are the masters. Punctual home delivery. I also had the opportunity to have lunch for some holidays (in the past) and I must say that I was satisfied. Traditional cuisine revisited in a modern way. I'll be back as soon as possible to eat the excellent panzerotti again.

Super affidabili per chi ha allergie e intollerante alimentari. Prodotti senza lattosio e senza glutine (dessert inclusi?). La consiglio al 100%! I have been going to this pizzeria for years and I find it exceptional! It never disappoints me, top quality and one of a kind products. Super reliable for those with food allergies and intolerant. Lactose-free and gluten-free products (desserts included?). I recommend it 100%!

Gli antipasti sono davvero squisiti e caratterizzati dalla presenza di specialità tipiche murgiane. Le pizze sono ottime e i dolci vari e prelibati. Il personale è molto gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ve lo consiglio vivamente A few days ago I had dinner with my friends in this pizza restaurant. The appetizers are truly exquisite and characterized by the presence of typical Murgian specialties. The pizzas are excellent and the desserts are varied and delicious. The staff is very polite and attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend it
