Cucina tradizionale, salumi di produzione propria, primi piatti della tradizione.
Ottima la carta dei vini improntata prevalentemente sul territorio, sul servizio un piccolo appunto se si hanno bottiglie importanti in carta vini bisognerebbe porre più attenzione al cambio dei bicchieri se il cliente ordina vini diversi per ogni portata.
Hanno anche una carta dei distillati abbinati a sigari e cioccolato.
 Historic restaurant in the town center, in summer you can have lunch in the shade of trees.
Traditional cuisine, home-made cured meats, traditional first courses.
Excellent wine list based mainly on the territory, on the service a small note if you have important bottles on the wine list you should pay more attention to the change of glasses if the customer orders different wines for each course.
They also have a spirits list paired with cigars and chocolate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che veniamo, ma non lo abbiamo ancora testato come ristorante ma solo come bar. Abbiamo preso il timbro per la panchina. Luogo molto ospitale e ben decorato. Ha anche tavoli all'aperto ed una terrazza belvedere.
It is the second time we come, but we haven't tested it as a restaurant yet but only as a bar. We got the stamp for the bench. Very hospitable and well decorated place. It also has outdoor tables and a lookout terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che mi reco al ristorante Italia con aspettative molto alte leggendo commenti e recensioni, mi aspettavo quasi tutto un po meglio. Ottima accoglienza pur essendo arrivati in ritardo di trenta minuti rispetto alla prenotazione, rigoroso controllo green pass a tutti i commensali (in 7) prima di sedersi al tavolo, buono l'antipasto (affettati in particolare), primi piatti, che ho dimenticato di fotografare, non hanno ricevuto un giudizio speciale da nessuno di noi, in paticolari i porcini del risotto poco saporiti, secondi piatti sufficienti per qualità e sapore. Personalmente non ho mangiato dolci ma i commensali hanno apprezzato molto. Ampia scelta di vini. Servizio senza infamia e senza lode, locale pulito, vista spettacolare sulle colline, essendo una bella giornata di sole si riusciva a vedere anche lo skyline di Milano. In conclusione ristorante da riprovare, magari in estate mangiando fuori, per (possibilmente) migliorarne la recensione. Piccola nota finale, riscaldate il bagno per favore!!!
First time I go to Italia restaurant with very high expectations reading comments and reviews, I expected almost everything a little better. Excellent welcome despite having arrived thirty minutes late compared to the reservation, strict green pass control for all diners (7) before sitting at the table, good appetizer (cold cuts in particular), first courses, which I forgot to photograph , have not received a special judgment from any of us, in particular the porcini of the risotto not very tasty, main courses sufficient for quality and flavor. Personally I didn't eat sweets but the diners enjoyed it very much. Wide choice of wines. Service without infamy and without praise, clean place, spectacular view of the hills, being a beautiful sunny day you could also see the skyline of Milan. In conclusion, restaurant to try again, perhaps in the summer eating out, to (possibly) improve the review. Small final note, please warm up the bathroom !!!
