L	LETIZIA RADICI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E ' la seconda volta che torno in questa trattoria, sarà perché mi piacciono le cose fatte bene senza troppi fronzoli e le tovaglie a quadri. Ottimi i piatti, da gustare in mezzo alle colline. Il posto è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina, il personale gentile e ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. It is the second time that I return to this restaurant, it will be because I like things done well without too many frills and checked tablecloths. Excellent dishes, to be enjoyed in the hills. The place is easily accessible by car, the staff are polite and the value for money is excellent.

n	nanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un giorno di nebbia e pioggia prenoto per tempo e partiamo quasi alla cieca ma entusiasti delle ottime recensioni. Attraversiamo le colline adiacenti tra i bellissimi colori autunnali, arrivando alla trattoria a ridosso della strada poco battuta e ben visibile dalla insegna posta sopra l'ingresso. Veniamo accolti in un ambiente rustico molto tipico e ben riscaldato. Ci sediamo in un tavolino al centro del locale dove troviamo alcune bottiglie locali e farine del territorio. La ragazza ci elenca il menu del giorno, non vasto ma interessante dove oltre al gnocco fritto con salumi scegliamo dei gnocchetti con una base di taleggio, zucca, semi di papavero e riccioli croccanti di guanciale, e dei ravioli alla selvaggina come primi e un brasato con polentina locale il tutto superlativo. In chiusura prendiamo della frutta sotto spirito casalinga ma molto "vera" il tutto ad un prezzo sbalorditivo per "noi" brianzoli. Acquistato anche alcune farine locali e una ottima zucca Berrettina. Che dire CONSIGLIATISSIMO! On a foggy and rainy day, I book early and we leave almost blindly but thrilled by the excellent reviews. We cross the adjacent hills among the beautiful autumn colors, arriving at the restaurant close to the little-traveled road and clearly visible from the sign above the entrance. We are welcomed in a very typical and well heated rustic setting. We sit at a table in the center of the room where we find some local bottles and local flours. The girl lists us the menu of the day, not vast but interesting where in addition to the fried dumpling with salami we choose gnocchi with a base of taleggio, pumpkin, poppy seeds and crispy curls of bacon, and ravioli with game as first and braised meat with local polenta all superlative. In closing we take some homemade fruit in spirit but very "real" all at a stunning price for "us" from Brianza. Also purchased some local flours and an excellent Berrettina pumpkin. What can I say HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
C	Claudia Trentini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata la prima volta che abbiamo avuto l'onore io e il mio compagno di pranzare in questa piccola ma accogliente trattoria Ca' del Fosso...appena arrivati alla trattoria ci ha accolto Pinuccio un signore molto cordiale e simpatico con cui abbiamo scambiato due parole...All'ingresso c'è Linda una ragazza gentile, carina e simpatica che ci ha fatto accomodare al tavolo e elencato il menù del giorno, abbiamo preso un antipasto di salumi e formaggi con dello gnocco fritto, una vera e propria prelibatezza...successivamente abbiamo preso gli gnocchi con fonduta di taleggio e cavolo nero e dei ravioli con il ragù...che dire...tutto straordinariamente buono... il tutto accompagnato con del buon vino rosso. Volevo fare i miei complimenti ai cuochi Patrizia, Vittorio e Viviana che abbiamo avuto l'onere di conoscerli personalmente e devo dire che sono delle persone davvero alla mano, fantastiche e di cuore. E poi che dire dei dolci fatti da Linda...ottimi davvero???...posto super consigliato e noi ovviamente ci ritorneremo al più presto!!! It was the first time that my partner and I had the honor of having lunch in this small but welcoming Ca 'del Fosso restaurant ... as soon as we arrived at the restaurant Pinuccio welcomed us a very friendly and nice gentleman with whom we exchanged two words ... At the entrance there is Linda a kind, nice and nice girl who made us sit at the table and listed the menu of the day, we took an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses with fried dumplings, a real delicacy ... then we had gnocchi with taleggio fondue and black cabbage and ravioli with meat sauce ... what about ... all extraordinarily good ... all accompanied with good red wine. I wanted to congratulate the chefs Patrizia, Vittorio and Viviana who we had the burden of knowing them personally and I must say that they are really easy going, fantastic and hearted people. And then what about the desserts made by Linda ... really excellent??? ... super recommended place and of course we will be back soon !!!

Piatti della tradizione, tutti buonissimi. Durante la cena è passata la proprietaria/cuoca tra i tavoli a chiedere se fosse tutto di gradimento, è stata molto carina. Ci torneremmo volentieri! Quiet place, you can breathe the air of home. The girl who took care of the hall and the cashier was very kind and patient. Traditional dishes, all very good. During dinner the owner / cook passed between the tables to ask if everything was to your liking, she was very nice. We would stay there again!
M	Marco De Barbieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto piccolo ma non ti aspetteresti mai di trovare un posto del genere così buono nel mezzo della campagna, solo il vino era leggermente inferiore, sicuramente ci ritornerò e assegnerò la quinta Stella. Very small venue but you would never expect to find such a good place in the middle of the countryside, only the wine was slightly inferior, I will definitely go back and award fifth star.
