La passione del cuoco unica..e l'educazione e la competenza dei proprietari non hanno prezzo.. Sono tornato dopo il covid e devo dire che sono rimasto sorpreso di nuovo ..nuovi piatti..carta dei vini migliorata..location impeccabile e attenzione alle norme covid scrupolosa . Il rapporto qualità prezzo poi è assolutamente il top.. Nonostante la distanza per me resta una certezza assoluta Il top per una cena romantica..con una vista mozzafiato.. Grazie.grazie..grazie Over the years I have seen this restaurant transform from little more than a trattoria to a true gourmet restaurant .. The passion of the single chef .. and the education and competence of the owners are priceless .. I came back after the covid and I must say that I was surprised again .. new dishes .. improved wine list .. impeccable location and careful attention to covid standards. The value for money is absolutely the top .. Despite the distance, it remains an absolute certainty for me The top for a romantic dinner ... with a breathtaking view ... Thanks thanks thanks

Confermo come nelle altre recensioni che la qualità delle portate non si discute sia nella materia prima che nella preparazione ma credo che comunque il prezzo sia alto nonostante tutto. Buono il servizio. We dined outside where you can appreciate the beautiful garden and the fountain that instills relaxation. I confirm as in the other reviews that the quality of the courses is not discussed both in the raw material and in the preparation but I still believe that the price is high despite everything. Un porto sicuro dove andare per essere certi di mangiare BENE pagando un prezzo assolutamente equo! Il tutto in un ambiente raffinato, con ampio e comodo parcheggio e personale di alta professionalità e immancabile gentilezza! Decisamente consigliato sotto tutti gli aspetti! PFA: La mia parte preferita degli antipasti, lo scampo in crema di porro (in basso a destra) ? E l'ottima scelta di vino fatta l'ultima volta! There is not much to say, the Saracen is a guarantee of the highest quality and delicacy of the preparations. A safe haven to go to to make sure you eat WELL while paying an absolutely fair price! All in a refined setting, with ample and convenient parking and highly professional staff and unfailing kindness! Definitely recommended in all respects! PFA: My favorite part of the starters, the scampi in leek cream (bottom right) ? And the great choice of wine made last time!

Locale molto elegante, decisamente da cerimonia, con maitre distinta e paziente. Consumati antipasti freddi e specialmente caldi di altissimo livello, risotti e gnocchi più che competitivi, secondi ignorati, dolci belli e bravi. Con una bottiglia di vino, pagato over 60 a testa e ci può stare. Prossima volta proviamo solo antipasti e dolci e magari si passa a 5 stelle. Finally beyond Margazzillo and Ferraioli we know some new fish restaurant really worthy of mention in Abruzzo. Very elegant place, definitely for ceremonies, with a distinguished and patient maitre d '. Consumed cold and especially hot starters of the highest level, risottos and gnocchi that are more than competitive, main courses ignored, beautiful and good desserts. With a bottle of wine, paid over 60 each and it can fit. Next time we try only appetizers and desserts and maybe we go to 5 stars.

A	Andrea Moro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been eating at Il Saraceno since 7 years now, and I always left this place with please, joy and a full satisfaction for what I was served. Bruno is a bit traditional in respect of hid menu, in fact it didn't change that much since I met him the first time. However he tries to respect the seasonality as much as he can. The wine list includes a nice selection of local wineries, surely not all the ones that Abruzzo have but some of them are exceptionally good to dine the exquisite fish-only courses served by Il Saraceno. I strongly advice to book in advance!
