M	Mirella Urbisci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una cucina( Brezza) superscadente !dopo10 mesi già aveva difetti alle ante ( tutte screpolate)....sono state sostituite..ma fino ad oggi si ripetono le stesse screpolature......nonostante ho avuto un sopralluogo dalla ditta x verificare il problema.....(4 mesi fa ..dicevano che sostituivano in modo celere i pezzi rovinati).fino ad oggi nulla ..solo Bla' bla' bla'......... mai più cucine Di Iorio I purchased a super-falling (Brezza) kitchen! After 10 months it already had flaws on the doors (all chapped) .... they have been replaced..but to today the same chaps are repeated ...... although I have had an inspection from the firm x verify the problem ..... (4 months ago .. they said they quickly replaced the damaged pieces). up to now nothing .. only Bla 'blah' blah '......... never more Di Iorio kitchens

Le sav m a simplement dit que la quincaillerie avait change donc il faut change le système a mes frais. Le temps de reponse du sav plus de 1 mois , de plus j ai du rappeler plusieurs fois. Ma cuisine vieillie tres mal, j ai achete une autre cuisine il y a plus de 15 ans et celle ci n a pas bouge, je regrette d avoir fait confiance a cette marque italienne very dissatisfied with this facade brand that curls, spare part does not exist after 6 years. Sav simply told me that the hardware had changed so you have to change the system at my expense. The response time for the sav was over 1 month, and I had to call back several times. My kitchen is aging very badly, I bought another kitchen more than 15 years ago and it has not budged, I regret having trusted this Italian brand

La rifinitura non è assolutamente adatta al calore, tipo cappa o lavastoviglie. La finitura e tipo una pellicola adesiva che si raggrinzisce negli angoli. Le ante sono state sostituite da Di Iorio, ma a distanza di qualche mese è successo la stessa cosa. La pazienza. Ha un limite. Sotto il consiglio di personale qualificato abbiamo scelto il Modello OPERA con ante in legno massello e top in okite. Farei questa scelta altre 1000 volte,complimenti. Sempre seguiti durante la progettazione, ci hanno consigliato soluzioni a cui non avevamo pensato, alla fine il risultato è stato oltre le aspettative. Il materiale è solido, ottimo il lavoro di montaggio. Siamo più che soddisfatti, non possiamo che consigliare l'acquisto! We chose a Sahara-finished Sound kitchen. Always followed during the design, they recommended solutions we hadn't thought of, in the end the result was beyond expectations. The material is solid, the assembly work is excellent.
