Al telefono mi hanno detto che la cosa è stata fatta di proposito; evidentemente non mi vogliono più come cliente nonostante abbia già acquistato altri prodotti pagando sempre regolarmente.
Ora sarò costretto ad andare ad un rivenditore Stihl ancora più lontano.
After agreeing that they would call me to confirm the order of an expensive piece not in stock, they placed another order without contacting me and without ordering the piece in question. On the phone they told me it was done on purpose; evidently they no longer want me as a customer despite having already purchased other products, always paying regularly.
Now I will be forced to go to a Stihl dealer even further away.
