Se cercate un ristorante dove poter essere certi di mangiare dell'eccellente pesce fresco e altre leccornie tipiche della zona, il Paolanto è una garanzia. I miei ospiti sono rimasti estasiati. Un grazie speciale al cuoco Paolo che è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze (uno dei commensali aveva alcune intolleranze alimentari) dando prova di brillante inventiva e perizia ai fornelli. All delicious and above all of excellent quality. If you are looking for a restaurant where you can be sure of eating excellent fresh fish and other delicacies typical of the area, Paolanto is a guarantee. My guests were delighted. Special thanks to the chef Paolo who met our needs (one of the diners had some food intolerances) showing brilliant inventiveness and skill in the stove.

Possiamo dire che non siamo rimasti delusi ma abbiamo rinnovato sapori e piaceri sopiti. Sempre ottimo il servizio e impeccabili le pietanze, ottimo consiglio sui vini e non ultimo il conto, giusto per quello che si è mangiati e bevuto. Grazie PAOLANTO Sunday without children but with a grandson following. Previously tested restaurant, but with interest in trying again if the first impressions were right. We can say that we were not disappointed but we have renewed dormant tastes and pleasures. Antonio ci ha accolto in maniera magistrale e Paolo ha portato in tavola tutta la sua bravura che si univa ad una materia prima freschissima. Cordialità, cortesia e simpatia ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il pranzo. Antipasti sfiziosi e saporiti, primi ottimi e dolci prodotti dalla casa che nulla hanno da invidiare all'alta pasticceria. Ci torneremo sicuramente Highly recommended! It was a very pleasant discovery. Antonio welcomed us in a masterly way and Paolo brought all his skill to the table that combined with a very fresh raw material. Friendliness, courtesy and friendliness accompanied us throughout the lunch. Delicious and tasty appetizers, excellent first courses and homemade desserts that have nothing to envy to haute patisserie. We will definitely be back

Composizioni ricercate, fini accostamenti di sapori, diversi ma complementari, che si sposano perfettamente, e che non si sarebbero mai incontrati senza la fantasia dello chef. Una cucina che si rinnova, con sfumature sempre nuove, mantenendo però radici profonde nel patrimonio culinario di questa regione e quindi nel nostro mare. Innovazione e tradizione si mescolano in egual misura: se da un lato sai già che ogni piatto sarà una sorpresa, e questa attesa riempie di curiosità, dall'altro sai anche che ti sentirai a casa, accolto da gusti familiari che speravi di ritrovare. L'alternarsi delle pietanze è riempita dall'allegra presenza del Maitre di sala, che con la sua simpatia e accoglienza farà da collante tra una portata e l'altra, contribuendo a rendere tutto il pasto qualcosa di piu simile ad un'esperienza, di cui portare un felice ricordo. Quality .. very fresh fish, you can feel the sea with every bite. Sophisticated compositions, fine combinations of flavors, different but complementary, which marry perfectly, and which would never have met without the chef's imagination. A cuisine that is renewed, with ever new nuances, while maintaining deep roots in the culinary heritage of this region and therefore in our sea. Innovation and tradition are mixed in equal measure: if on the one hand you already know that every dish will be a surprise, and this expectation fills with curiosity, on the other you also know that you will feel at home, welcomed by familiar tastes that you hoped to find. The alternation of dishes is filled by the cheerful presence of the Maitre of the room, who with his friendliness and hospitality will act as the glue between one course and another, helping to make the whole meal something more like an experience, of to bring a happy memory.
