Antipasto della casa composto da più assaggi veramente molto buono, i primi cucinati nel migliore dei modi e l’ottimo qualità del pesce ci mette il resto! Pas facile à dénicher si on connait pas ; j'ai eu la chance d'y être amené par des amis napolitains... Absolutely divine! Directly from the sea on the plate! Il salmone, il tonno, la cipolla dolce, il polpo, i gamberi e i calamari top. L'unica critica che forse mi sento di fare riguarda il primo: paccheri con pescatrice. Il sughetto perfetto, i paccheri un filino gommosi ma la cosa che mi ha stranita è stata la rana di lato al piatto. Me l aspettavo pulita e a tocchetti nel sugo e non di lato, triste e sola ? Oltre questo, tutto buonissimo. Idem la Falanghina. All absolutely fresh. The cuttlefish 'alla luciana', delicious. Fritturina both sea and land, good and seasoned to the right point. Salmon, tuna, sweet onion, octopus, shrimp and squid top. The only criticism that perhaps I feel like making concerns the first: paccheri with monkfish. The perfect sauce, the paccheri a tad bit gummy but the thing that weirded me was the frog on the side of the plate. I expected it to be clean and chopped in the sauce and not on the side, sad and alone ? Beyond that, all very good. Ditto the Falanghina.
