β β β β β An Expensive view, Disappointed.
They call themselves a fine restaurant. Apart from expensive prices, it doesnβt reach βFineβ in certain aspects..
Firstly, the menu confused me. Also the waiter gave me bad attitude and did not explain clearly. (I am Italian and the waiter is Italian as well)
Food wise, the risotto was good apart from the prawns tentacles. Tagliatelle was nice even though we did not order it.
The environment matches the beautiful view.
In terms of prices, the food quality is standard but nothing special for a fine restaurant.
Services are unsatisfactory. I have to be honest that we are really disappointed with the services they give. Been to a lot of restaurants in Italy and the attitude of the waiter and the restaurant owner is surprisingly BAD. Not a good end to the last night In Polignano.
Wine was good but not enough to make us come back.

β β β β β Nice views and courteous service from the waiter. Unfortunately they did not have some dishes available and that was only informed when we ordered, so had to rethink the whole order.
Food was well presented but the grilled seafood is only seasoned with a pinch of salt, lacked some preparation to enhance the flavours. Pasta was more than βal denteβ for our taste, as we could still see the uncooked parts of it.
Ambience is nice but the food we ordered was not great. I would not go back.

Try the 35β¬ degustazione menu, you can enjoy from raw and cooked seafood platter as appetizers, to orecchiette with gambero and pistachio cream, fried fish, and finally homemade cake for dessert. The service is also impeccable. Having seafood by the window while watching the beautiful sea scenery is the best experience during this Puglia trip.

β β β β β Very inviting restaurant just next to the sea. On the terasse you do not see the drab open space between the restaurant and the water. Good choice of fish dishes in many variations. It's a resto you instantly like.
