★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranzo Pasquale strepitoso, tutto ottimo a partire dall'antipasto fino a concludere con il dolce, la carne eccezionale si scioglieva in bocca, personale molto gentile e attento al cliente, servizio veloce e curato.
 Amazing Easter lunch, all excellent starting from the appetizer to ending with the dessert, the exceptional meat melted in the mouth, very kind and attentive staff, fast and accurate service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo abbiamo trovato per caso dopo una piacevole mattinata all'autodromo! 2 Antipasti _polpo in crosta, un millefoglie di baccalà. 2 secondi : orata alla mediterranea e salmone con verdure e crosta di pesto.... 2 caffé con deliziosi biscottini...porzioni abbondanti prezzo adeguato...60 euro. Locale pulito spazioso.... Camerieri gentilissimi attenti veloci e non invadenti.... Ci vediamo presto. Complimenti!
We found it by chance after a pleasant morning at the racetrack! 2 Appetizers _ octopus in crust, a millefeuille of cod. 2 seconds: Mediterranean sea bream and salmon with vegetables and pesto crust .... 2 coffees with delicious biscuits ... generous portions adequate price ... 60 euros. Spacious clean room .... Very kind waiters attentive fast and not intrusive .... See you soon. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di base è un buon ristorante, la location è curata e il servizio è cortese.
Però... il servizio è troppo lento e distratto (con locale semivuoto). Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è completamente sproporzionato, non solo per la qualità che è nella media, ma anche per il menu che offre poca varietà, e non va per nulla incontro alle esigenze di oggi con l'assenza di valide proposte per le intolleranze o per i vegani/vegetariani.
È un locale che quindi sconsiglio e che se vuole continuare a proporre questi prezzi, deve svecchiarsi su tutti i fronti.
Basically it is a good restaurant, the location is well-finished and the service is courteous.
But ... the service is too slow and inattentive (with a half-empty room). The quality / price ratio is completely disproportionate, not only for the quality which is average, but also for the menu that offers little variety, and does not at all meet today's needs with the absence of valid proposals for intolerances or for vegans / vegetarians.
It is a place that I therefore advise against and that if it wants to continue offering these prices, it must refresh itself on all fronts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather good, to my surprise! I was there with some colleagues for a meeting and we spent there the whole day. The big room put at our disposal was perfect, but what was very good were the courtesy and the food!
The staff was very nice, professional and spoke a rather good English. They welcomed us with a rich coffee-buffet. Buiscuits, cakes, fresh fruits... and of course coffee and tea. The food at lunch was... well, average (pasta, prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano, salame, salad, fresh fruits... Ad libitum!)
But the dinner... That was a surprise! You can see the pictures of the menu and of the dishes... Of course you can't taste them but trust me: of an unexpected high quality! Why not 5 stars: 1) the building is completely anonimous 2) the location... anonimous as well. Only two attractions are the Dallara industries and the castle... For the rest, rather flat panorama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion one of the best places to eat where. Amazing cooked local food prepared in new ways which make you experience the bond between past and present. Special service, very nice waiters and good wines. Talking about the budget, let's just say in the medium of resturants but here the quality/price ratio is over the top. Furthermore, it is just a few steps from "Varano's center" so after the dinner it's easy to find something to do. 5 stars and even more if possible
