R	Riccardo Caprera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo capitati in questa trattoria in una domenica mezzogiorno. Tavoli pieni per una celebrazione, il titolare ci fa accomodare sotto una veranda abbastanza buia. Ci propone delle lasagne come primo in quanto ‘per il resto del menu l’attesa sarebbe stata eccessiva’ (anche se due cameriere poi avrebbero portato le altre pietanze disponibili ai tavoli intorno al nostro...). Facciamo notare al titolare (al momento dell’ordine) che una persona del nostro tavolo ha una forte allergia al sedano; ci rassicura che non veniva utilizzato per la ricetta delle loro lasagne. PER FORTUNA la cameriera, quando ci ha portato i piatti, si è ‘ricordata’ della presenza di sedano nel ragù - ci ha salvato un viaggio al pronto soccorso in corner. Chiediamo per il dolce - dicono che dobbiamo aspettare il figlio del proprietario, ma non si fa vedere per più di 20 minuti. Andati via avendo ancora fame. Lasagne non eccezionali alla fine - è comunque grave che il titolare non sappia (o comunque non controlli) gli allergeni (o gli ingredienti in generale) contenuti nei suoi piatti - sarebbe carino dare una rilettura al manuale HACCP. We happened upon this trattoria on a Sunday midday. Full tables for a celebration, the owner makes us sit under a rather dark veranda. He offers us lasagna as a first course as 'the wait would have been too long for the rest of the menu' (even if two waitresses would then have brought the other dishes available to the tables around ours ...). We point out to the owner (when placing the order) that a person at our table has a strong celery allergy; he reassures us that it was not used for the recipe of their lasagna. Luckily the waitress, when she brought us the dishes, 'remembered' the presence of celery in the sauce - she saved us a trip to the emergency room in the corner. We ask for dessert - they say we have to wait for the owner's son, but he doesn't show up for more than 20 minutes. Left still hungry. Lasagna not exceptional in the end - it is however serious that the owner does not know (or in any case does not check) the allergens (or ingredients in general) contained in his dishes - it would be nice to re-read the HACCP manual.

Torneremo per assaggiare altro. Complimenti. Authentic and extraordinary mountain trattoria. Amazing raw material, great ability to offer it, courteous friendly welcome. Highly recommended. We will come back to taste more. Congratulations.

Tortelli erbetta altrettanto buoni, vino piemontese buono. Speso pochissimo! Bravi. Consiglio e tornerò. We didn't book, they found us a place. Really friendly staff, casual place but great food. Ate really good polenta with wild boar! Tortelli with herbs just as good, good Piedmontese wine. Spent very little! Well done. I recommend and will return.

Io di sicuro. Truly exceptional Good food, good wine, good spirits, delicious desserts and very nice owners and prices, I don't tell you you have to go. I for sure.
