Ambiente intimo, pulitissimo, curato ed accogliente, soprattutto grazie alla calda presenza dei proprietari. Persone che vivono questo lavoro come una passione vera, anzi, oltre la passione. Prodotti di altissima qualità e lavorati con sapienza, intelligenza e creatività. Veramente un grande, grandissimo piacere scambiare chiacchiere "intense", e vedere, ancora una volta, persone vere, genuine, di cuore che svolgono questo mestiere senza il fine primo di guadagnare. Dopo averci illustrato il menù ci ha permesso di apprezzare a pieno le portate, una più buona dell'altra. É stato un viaggio nel gusto, una tappa da non perdere! The owner welcomed us with warmth and affection. After showing us the menu, he allowed us to fully appreciate the courses, one better than the other. Nella sala principale il camino acceso fa una piacevole compagnia agli ospiti e ....mantiene caldi dei piccoli panini fatti in casa che vengono serviti ma mano che la cena prosegue : fantastici. Propongono piatti stagionali. In qst periodo protagonista la primavera. Impiattamento colorato e non banale. Servizio appassionato del sig Stefano che "racconta" i sui piatti con "pacato entusiasmo" . Carta dei vini assente ma il titolare ci consiglia sapientemente. In chiusura zabaione caldo e frollini fatti in casa : ho ancora il sorriso ! Offerto un tocchetto di cioccolato fondente al 75 % con nocciole del Piemonte. Tutto spe-cia-le . They offer seasonal dishes. In this period the protagonist is spring. Colorful and non-trivial serving. Passionate service by Mr. Stefano who "tells" his dishes with "calm enthusiasm". No wine list but the owner advises us wisely. In closing, hot zabaglione and homemade shortbread: I still have a smile! Offered a piece of 75% dark chocolate with Piedmont hazelnuts. Everything special.
