Perfetto.
Cucina equilibrata. Porzioni giuste. Organizzazione impeccabile. La ragazza che ci ha sempre servito è stata eccellente. Professionale anche quando la legittima stanchezza ha iniziato a farsi sentire. Noi siamo le 11 persone nella saletta della fettatrice.

Balanced cuisine. Right portions. Flawless organization. The girl who always served us was excellent. Professional even when legitimate fatigue has begun to be felt. We are the 11 people in the slicer room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale, in quel di Sorbara, molto accogliente e caratteristico. Sono stato invitato da amici per il tipico gnocco fritto e salumi. Sono rimasto soddisfatto, bevuto e mangiato e speso un'inezia. Sicuramente da visitare.
Local, in that of Sorbara, very welcoming and characteristic. I was invited by friends for the typical fried dumpling and salami. I was satisfied, drank and ate and spent a trifle. Definitely worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo riscaldato (stranamente polenta e faraona usciti due minuti dopo averli ordinati) la cameriera si è scordata ripetutamente il vino. Le porzioni sono davvero ridotte. Assolutamente da evitare. Ho ordinato la faraona ma credo mi abbiano portato petto di pollo. Non verrò mai più. Una stella per non dare meno.
Reheated food (strangely polenta and guinea fowl came out two minutes after ordering them) the waitress repeatedly forgot the wine. The portions are really small. Absolutely to be avoided. I ordered the guinea fowl but I think they brought me chicken breast. I will never come again. One star not to give less.
