Nasce con Vittorio Puiatti, visionario cultore di questo prodotto, poi dai figli Giovanni ed Elisabetta che ne hanno portato avanti con coerenza la filosofia. Freschezza ed essenzialità dei vitigni del Collio, giusta gradazione, rifiuto della contaminazione legnosa, grande rispetto per la natura ma coscienza di una tecnologia amica. Wine is a story and that of Villa Parens starts from afar. He was born with Vittorio Puiatti, a visionary lover of this product, then by his sons Giovanni and Elisabetta who brought their philosophy forward with consistency.
