G	Giuseppe Matellon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cena è stata strepitosa! Sopra a tutto l’antipasto di affettati e formaggi che ci ha stupiti con sapori eccezionali. Forse uno dei migliori piatti di affettati mai assaggiati. Il resto della cena è continuato con piatti deliziosi di cucina carnica e nostrana. È stata interessante la proposta del “piatto e mezzo” in modo da poter dividere in due una portata mangiandone 3/4 invece di mezza. Il cameriere, affabile, ha saputo servirci con simpatia e garbo. The dinner was amazing! Above all, the appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses that amazed us with exceptional flavors. Perhaps one of the best cold cuts ever tasted. The rest of the dinner continued with delicious dishes of Carnic and local cuisine. The proposal of the "plate and a half" was interesting in order to divide a course in two by eating 3/4 instead of half. The friendly waiter was able to serve us with sympathy and grace.

Pochi piatti in menu, ma bene così, ci sono quelli stagionali. Materie prime molto buone, servizio alla buona come è perfetto in questi posti. Vini all'altezza del resto. Ti senti tranquillo e mangi bene come a casa. Prezzi onestissimi, con 25€ a testa si mangia e si beve davvero. Grazie e alla prossima! Small restaurant / tavern in the center of Gradisca, very beautiful, historic. Courtesy and availability at the highest levels. Few dishes on the menu, but good, there are seasonal ones. Very good raw materials, good service as it is perfect in these places. Wines equal to the rest. You feel comfortable and eat as well as at home. Very honest prices, with € 25 each you can really eat and drink. Thanks and see you next time!

Splendido il banco di salumi e la scelta dei vini. Luca ti accoglie fermandosi a spiegare il menù - piatti della cucina tipica friulana - con cura e simpatia e consigliandoti per il meglio, sia per i piatti che per i vini . Gli ingredienti sono a km 0 o quasi, prodotti da realtà locali. Il risultato è ottimo: tutto buonissimo, compresa la torta della mamma che è proprio fatta... dalla mamma di Luca! Ci torneremo sicuramente. At the Ghironda what you perceive first of all is the great passion of Luca and Chiara. The restaurant is typical, furnished with care. The salami counter and the choice of wines are splendid. Luca welcomes you stopping to explain the menu - typical Friulian cuisine - with care and sympathy and advising you on the best, both for the dishes and for the wines. The ingredients are 0 km or almost, produced by local realities. The result is excellent: all delicious, including the mother's cake which is just made ... by Luca's mother! We will definitely be back.

His dinner recommendations were excellent, and he easily and kindly accommodated dishes for my vegetarian friend. It's so lovely to see someone so passionate about what they're doing and doing it so very well. I highly recommend dining here!
