Posizione ideale perché vicino al Santuario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo ristorante , lo staff è inrispettoso e sgorbutico contro il cliente mentre i piatti erano immangiabili e sconsigliato assolutamente per le persone intolleranti al glutine questo rende il ristorante poco provvisto . Che scandalo!!!
Inoltre ho letto alcune recensioni scritte da altri clienti i quali sconsigliavano il ristorante per via di mancanza di rispetto e per via del fatto che il cibo servito era immangiabile . Le risposte del proprietario erano a dir poco vergognose ?

In this restaurant, the staff is disrespectful and goofy against the customer while the dishes were inedible and absolutely not recommended for people intolerant to gluten this makes the restaurant poorly equipped. What a scandal !!!
I have also read some reviews written by other customers who advised against the restaurant due to lack of respect and the fact that the food served was inedible. The owner's responses were nothing short of shameful ?
THIS IS MY OPINION AND IT IS ALSO THE TRUTH !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi piatti,menù a prezzo fisso oppure a scelta. Parcheggio gratuito per chi si ferma a pranzo, comodo per visita al Santuario San pio, in pratica a 10 mt dall ingresso della Chiesa.
Excellent dishes, fixed price menu or choice. Free parking for those who stop for lunch, convenient for visiting the Sanctuary of San Pio, practically 10 meters from the entrance to the Church.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una persona a cui voglio un gran bene mi ha chiesto di accompagnarlo all’improvviso presso il Santuario di Padre Pio (sì anche io continuo a chiamarlo affettuosamente Padre Pio anziché San Pio) a San Giovanni Rotondo (FG).
Siam andati per una preghiera importante in una tarda mattinata di metà Aprile a metà della Settimana Santa e l’ultimo dei nostri pensieri era il pranzo… ma quando è giunta l’ora la fame ha bussato al nostro stomaco così come abbiam bussato noi alla porta di questa graziosa casetta accanto al nostro parcheggio.
Sono entrato, da solo, per chiedere se ci facessero la cortesia di un asporto perché pensavamo di tornar di corsa alle nostre attività a Bari. Alla fine non è andata esattamente così perché l’oste mi ha dato delle vere posate anziché quelle in plastica facendomi promettere che l’avrei riportate al prossimo pranzo seduti a tavola “come si deve”. Sono stato accolto con gentilezza presumo dal direttore/titolare, coccolato poi da uno staff attento, presente e sorridente. Son stato servito velocemente con un primo da urlo! (un tagliolino fresco ai frutti di mare) e da ottime verdure. A dire il vero, da barese diffidente dei piatti di pesce fuori terra natìa… ero entrato un po’ scettico, ma appena ho visto decine di prelati che pasteggiavano in allegria ho capito immediatamente che ero nel posto giusto.
Per giunta proprio accanto all’ingresso del Santuario!
Abbiam pranzato “al cofano” seppur la tentazione di farlo nel bel prato fiorito lì fuori è stata forte: c’è una vista mozzafiato sul golfo di Manfredonia.
Davvero riconoscente tornerò in questo gran bel ristorante per sedermi e gioire di un pasto completo.

A person I love very much asked me to suddenly accompany him to the Shrine of Padre Pio (yes, I also continue to affectionately call him Padre Pio rather than San Pio) in San Giovanni Rotondo (FG).
We went for an important prayer in a late morning in mid-April in the middle of Holy Week and the last of our thoughts was lunch ... but when the time came, hunger knocked on our stomach as well as we knocked on the door. of this pretty little house next to our parking lot.
I went in, alone, to ask if they would do us the courtesy of a takeaway because we thought we would rush back to our activities in Bari. promise that I would bring her back to the next lunch sitting at the table "as it should". I presume I was greeted with kindness by the manager / owner, then pampered by an attentive, present and smiling staff. I was served quickly with a first to scream! (a fresh tagliolini with seafood) and excellent vegetables. To tell the truth, as a Bari suspicious of fish dishes above the native land ... I entered a bit skeptical, but as soon as I saw dozens of prelates who were having a happy meal, I immediately understood that I was in the right place.
In addition, right next to the entrance to the Sanctuary!
We had lunch "at the hood" although the temptation to do so in the beautiful flowery meadow out there was strong: there is a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Manfredonia.
Really grateful I will return to this great restaurant to sit down and enjoy a full meal.
Highly recommended!
