★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza della proprietaria e personale, gentilissimi e disponibili. La struttura dista a pochi metri dal santuario.
Per quanto riguarda l’hotel, è un bello l’hotel però farei un appunto per quanto riguarda la nostra stanza, bagno nella norma, il letto era un po’ scomodo, e i cuscini un po’ duri, come ti giravi batteva sempre un po’ al muro.. per il resto è ok anche il cibo.
As for the welcome of the owner and staff, very kind and helpful. The property is a few meters from the sanctuary.
As for the hotel, it is a nice hotel but I would make a note regarding our room, bathroom in the standard, the bed was a little uncomfortable, and the pillows a little hard, as you turned it always beat a little. 'on the wall .. for the rest the food is ok too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso che hanno fatto un grande sbagliò a mettere quattro stelle, due sono più che sufficiente. Letto matrimoniale con materasso da buttare con coperte che sembravano cartoni, senza frigo, senza cassaforte, senza balcone, con luce che sembrava un cimitero. Stanza fredda senza caloriferi, alla fine del mese di ottobre. Colazione con le solite cose confezionate. Questa struttura sta pure lontano dalla chiesa, io è mia moglie celabbiamo fatto andare a piedi ma per le persone più anziane si doveva prenotare un patrocino a pagamento. Mi fermo qui per non avvilirvi oltre.
I think they made a big mistake to put four stars, two is more than enough. Double bed with throwaway mattress with blankets that looked like cardboard, no fridge, no safe, no balcony, with a light that looked like a cemetery. Cold room without heaters, at the end of October. Breakfast with the usual packaged things. This structure is also far from the church, my wife and I did it on foot but for older people you had to book a patronage for a fee. I stop here so as not to demean you further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per cinque giorni, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il personale così come i proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponibili per qualsiasi dubbio e chiarimento. La struttura si trova a 650m d'altezza e dispone di una vista panoramica sul paesaggio circostante. All'interno della stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato vi era presente l'aria condizionata, mini frigo e cassaforte a disposizione. Inoltre è presente un parcheggio abbastanza ampio ed una bella piscina con lettini ed ombrelloni profonda 1.50m visibile dalla stanza.
Ottimo anche il prezzo considerando soprattutto il periodo di ferragosto.
Consigliato.
We stayed in this hotel for five days, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff as well as the owners are very courteous and available for any questions and clarifications. The property is 650m high and has a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Inside the room where we stayed there was air conditioning, mini fridge and safe available. There is also a fairly large car park and a beautiful 1.50m deep swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas visible from the room.
The price is also excellent considering especially the period of August.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience! the owner is rude and not helpful. The heating is off a night time which meant i was constantly waking up shivering. Food was uneatable. Woulld not recommend it to anyone!! Stay away from this place they can't even speak English so you can't solve any of the issues!

Mean staff, food is disgusting (its much better to eat in a local bar) and the rooms were cold all night as the hotel tried to cut costs by turning off the heating
This hotel is definitely not kids friendly so if you have kids please stay away
The wifi is only available at the reception and not in your rooms (4* hotel really??!) The owner of the hotel doesn't even speak English so when you try to get any issue solved she'll just rudely talk about you in Italian while pointing at you
Stay away from this place i really would not recommend
