Il cibo è veramente un livello sopra i ristoranti della zona, materie prime di qualità come si trovano in molti posti ma con un occhio attento ai dettagli che fa la differenza tra una buona cucina maremmana e questo locale. Il Piatto del giorno: faraona con le olive, SPAZIALE! In the heart of the Maremma, a special, refined but simple atmosphere that puts you at ease. The dining room staff are polite, professional and very capable. The food is truly a level above the restaurants in the area, quality raw materials as found in many places but with an eye for detail that makes the difference between a good Maremma cuisine and this place. The dish of the day: guinea fowl with olives, SPACIOUS!

Uno dei primi che avevamo ordinato non è arrivato perché terminato, stessa cosa per i contorni. Il caffè non lo abbiamo potuto ordinare perché ci è stato detto che puzzava di bruciato. Abbiamo speso 50€ a testa e nemmeno un amaro è stato offerto. Un peccato. Very nice place, in the middle of the green. Average food considering the area, the three stars are for the service. One of the first we had ordered did not arrive because it was finished, same thing for the side dishes. We couldn't order the coffee because we were told it smelled of burning. We spent € 50 each and not even an amaro was offered. A shame.

In due con 1 antipasto, 2 primi, 2 secondi, 2 contorni e un buon vino abbiamo speso 100 euro. Nel complesso soddisfatti! Excellent restaurant in the Maremma countryside. Menu not too large but all good. In two with 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, 2 seconds, 2 side dishes and a good wine, we spent 100 euros. Overall satisfied!

A conduzione famigliare, la mamma è in cucina la/e figlia/e servono a tavola. Cucina di campagna ottima ho mangiato delle fettuccine alla lepre ottime direi perfette, del coniglio al vino rosso con cipolle stracotte (scusate non ricordo il nome del piatto) ottimo. Bevuto un rosso onesto. Chi mi ha servito a tavola è stata gentile ,premurosa, di una simpatia del tutto genuina, difficilissima da trovare in qualsiasi ristorante oggi. Ci tornerò di sicuro. In the remote countryside of Tuscany. Very simple place with paper tablecloths with a nice view over meadows and cute donkeys. I ate outside in the sun. Family-run, the mother is in the kitchen and the daughter (s) serve at the table. Excellent country cuisine I ate some excellent hare fettuccine I would say perfect, rabbit in red wine with overcooked onions (sorry I don't remember the name of the dish) excellent. Drank an honest red. Whoever served me at the table was kind, caring, with a wholly genuine sympathy, very difficult to find in any restaurant today. I'll be back for sure.

Wonderful attentive staff happy to explain the local dishes and make sure your meal is special. The local wild boar dishes are delicious as was the dessert. Fantastic selection of local wines with bottle pricing to suit the wallet be it budget or extravagant. Without a doubt one of the most enjoyable and memorable Italian restaraunt meals we have ever had! Thank you!

It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the most beautiful location, lost in the Tuscan countryside, in between fields and bushes. Staff is very kind and prices are fair.
