★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing experience; this place is a must if you love food and know how to eat. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave there is just the right amount of attention. This is a really a must, it is not cheap but the quality matches the price and well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice meal in a really great atmosphere. We did the six course menu and we walked out totally happy. The service is excellent, well choreographed and friendly. We met the head chef as we were leaving and he is humble and truly came across as an artisan who wanted to share his craft. If in Torino don’t hesitate to make a reservation and have dinner there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife is a vegetarian so we took a vegetarian tasting menu + regular tasting menu (6 dishes).
Most of the dishes were excellent - except:
* My wife's main course was bad (she got fried porcini cubes - not really a main course. In addition there was a hair in the dish)
* The fish-stuffed ravioli was flooded with oil and the dish was a bit dull
The quality of the wine ranges from fine to very good
The service was excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best culinary experiences in a long time. All dishes were excellent, the service was perfect and the wines to die for.
We took the 4 course menu and all dishes were a surprise of taste and quality!
We also had the wine tasting and they were perfectly matching each dish.
It's not cheap but quality and service comes at a price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible meal here at Del Cambio! Matteo Baronetto has truly delivered a unique and interesting experience here for diners. I went with the 9 course surprise tasting menu and not a single dish disappointed. They were plated in new and different ways than what I'm normally accustomed to at fine dining restaurants like this. Often times presented on multiple plates that you can take bites of individually or combine at your own will. Compared to normally everything on one plate, with a sauce poured over at the table or on a large plate apart from each other. The visuals were stunning, the flavors were intense, subtle, and simply delicious. Very happy with my experience here.
