Francesi, inglesi, abbinati a prodotti più local davvero degni di nota. I primi fatti a mano consigliati, davvero speciali. Prezzi totalmente accessibili per la qualità e uno sconto super gradito. Ci tornerò senza dubbio
 Quite a pleasant experience. Above expectations. Starting from the selection of excellent cured meats, passing through the sensational cheeses. French, English, combined with more local products that are truly noteworthy. The first hand-made products recommended, really special. Totally affordable prices for quality and a super welcome discount. I'll be back without a doubt

I had lunch today and it was all really great from service to bill. The owner has satisfied our every request and desire, making us taste delicious dishes. I would also have given six stars. First choice ingredients masterfully cooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo capitati in questa trattoria di altri tempi casualmente e devo dire che mi ha fatto una ottima impressione, cucina romana con sapori e odori di una volta piatti con porzioni giuste e ben servite e poi aggiungo con tempi adeguati. Consiglio l'ossobuco e la coda alla vaccinara una vera delizia per il palato, armatevi di tovagliolo sul collo e buon appetito
We happened upon this trattoria of other times by chance and I must say that it made a great impression on me, Roman cuisine with flavors and smells of the past dishes with the right portions and well served and then I add with appropriate times. I recommend the ossobuco and the oxtail alla vaccinara a real treat for the palate, arm yourself with a napkin on your neck and enjoy your meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire di questo locale... alla mano, a portata di tutti ma sopratutto con cibo veramente ma veramente buono.
Esordisco con queste informazioni non a caso in quanto quelle essenziali che chiunque vorrebbe leggere per decidere se passare o meno da questo luogo ed assaporare la cucina casareccia dal gusto unico e dai sapori ormai persi.
Il locale è nel centro di Genzano di Roma, non ha un parcheggio dedicato ma antistante c'è abbastanza posto per tutti i commensali. L'accesso è buono ed il luogo caratteristico. Anche l'architettura degli interni è casereccia, quasi antica. Sui tavoli si possono trovare ancora le tovagliette a scacchi bianchi e rossi... sembra uscito da un film di Alberto Sordi.
Il personale è squisito, cordiale, alla mano, divertente e dalla battuta pronta. Anche se straniero mi sono trovato subito "in famiglia".
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, beh, nulla da eccepire. Ho iniziato a provare qualcosa ma mi ripropongo di assaggiare altro così da riuscire a coprire almeno una metà del menù che, credetemi, è molto ampio.
I tempi di attesa? Brevi ed anche al di sotto della media.
La pulizia? Ottima, stoviglie e vettovagliamento erano puliti.
Ovviamente non sono un professionista del settore ma giro parecchio e posso dire che da fuori non gli avrei dato neanche 3 stelle ma varcata la porta ho capito subito che mi trovavo in un posto diverso da quello che immaginavo dal di fuori, infinitamente sorprendente ed appagante.
Consiglio questo luogo culinario a tutti coloro che vorrebbero un pasto genuino, buono, alla mano e che possa rendere soddisfatti anche i più esigenti, come me.

What about this place ... in the hand, within everyone's reach but above all with really, really good food.
It is no coincidence that I begin with this information as the essential ones that anyone would like to read to decide whether or not to pass by this place and savor home cooking with a unique taste and flavors that are now lost.
The restaurant is in the center of Genzano di Roma, it does not have a dedicated parking but there is enough space in front of it for all diners. The access is good and the place is characteristic. The interior architecture is also homemade, almost ancient. On the tables you can still find the red and white checkered placemats ... it seems straight out of an Alberto Sordi film.
The staff are exquisite, friendly, easy-going, fun and joking. Although a foreigner, I immediately found myself "in the family".
As for the food, well, nothing to complain. I started trying something but I intend to try something else so as to be able to cover at least half of the menu which, believe me, is very broad.
Waiting times? Short and even below average.
The cleaning? Excellent, dishes and provisions were clean.
Obviously I am not a professional in the sector but I travel a lot and I can say that from the outside I would not have given it even 3 stars but once through the door I immediately realized that I was in a place different from what I imagined from the outside, infinitely surprising and satisfying.
I recommend this culinary place to all those who would like a genuine, good, easy-going meal that can satisfy even the most demanding, like me.
