★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fresh seafood delivered daily results in exquisitely tasting dishes in every course. Took the degustazione menu for 35 euros, included drinks. We were stuffffed! I'll skip lunch and breakfast next time, but we'll well worth it. I dare say better than some restos on the edge of the water around Italy I've eaten in. Only downside is the Annex decor- unimaginative (ceiling mounted ) lighting is slightly blinding, and lack of curtains + large Italian duly group makes it SUPER noisy. At one point, I could not even hear the person across the table from me . ( And measures the noise at 78 DB). But you can avoid this by reserving in the main room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t stress this enough! THEIR FOOD WAS AMAZING. Being a tourist in Italy, their seafood was one of the best I tried, and mind you, I tried lots of seafood from other places in Italy including Brescia, Venice, Milan and Arezzo.
The staff was nice and friendly. I loved their shrimp pasta. I was there on a formal dinner so I don’t even remember all the courses that were there, but their food was great and I loved their fresh lime! Their desserts were perfectly balanced in sweetness as well. Also, I loved where the place was located.
