Ce lo hanno servito con patate ed olive paranzane, un piatto dal gusto delicatissimo. Come antipasto, ho preso le fave con cicoria, buonissime, e poi ci hanno portato bruschette, pizzette e panzerotti. Lo consiglio a chiunque sia a Torremaggiore o venga da fuori. This place was a pleasant surprise, one of their specialties is cod and so we wanted to try it. They served it with potatoes and Paranzane olives, a dish with a very delicate taste. As an appetizer, I took the beans with chicory, very good, and then they brought us bruschetta, pizzette and panzerotti. I recommend it to anyone who is in Torremaggiore or comes from outside.

Encomiabile anche il contributo allo spumante, per evidente piccola festa familiare. Pietanze buone e tutte saporite; la frittura di paranza non entusiasmante. Ben assortiti i dolci, da tutti graditi. Tortino di provola affumicata e melanzane e Suprema di pollo cotta a bassa temperatura con olio alla rucola, come entrate. Ravioli di zucchine e pancetta in salsa avorio e cavatelli con polpa di baccalà e finocchietto come primi. Babà farcito. Tutto buonissimo. Ottima accoglienza, impiattamento e prezzo finale, rispondente al menu. Ci ero stato per lavoro ed oggi 2.6 per svago. Ci ritorno di sicuro ! Nei piatti c'è un attento studio dei prodotti del luogo volti alla creazione di piatti di prima scelta ed altissima qualità. I sapori genuini sono accompagnati da una grande cura nella presentazione e attenzione al dettaglio anche sulla tavola. La proprietaria ci ha saputo illustrare perfettamente i piatti dello chef guidandoci nella scelta di questo e del vino da abbinare. La location è molto bella con le sue caratteristiche volte in pietra. Solo un appunto a tal proposito: c'è una sovrabbondanza di decorazioni e quadretti appesi alle pareti e mobiletti in stile shabby chic. The genuine flavors are accompanied by a great care in the presentation and attention to detail also on the table. The owner was able to perfectly illustrate the chef's dishes, guiding us in choosing this and the wine to match. The location is very beautiful with its characteristic stone vaults. Just a note in this regard: there is an overabundance of decorations and pictures hanging on the walls and cabinets in shabby chic style.
