P	Paola Federico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quest'anno siamo andati a Ponza a trascorrere la nostra settimana di vacanze.Se pur provato altri ristoranti e non era la prima volta siamo ritornati a "Così com'era" e non solo abbiamo prenotato per le ultime 4 serate di fila da loro. Perché?Semplice a dirsi la loro cucina è verace: pesce freschissimo, pescato da loro, in cucina la mamma del signor Davide persone splendida! I piatti a dir poco eccezionali.Amo la cucina dalle buone materie prime, sia essa gourmet che casalinga e qui ho trovato una cucina familiare e spettacolare! Abbiamo assaggiato tutti i loro piatti e una zuppa da paura! Se doveste andare a Ponza non potete mancare.Dimenticavo i loro prezzi?Assolutamente moderati se penso al pesce che abbiamo mangiato e che altrove avremmo pagato il doppio.Fate voi. This year we went to Ponza to spend our week of holidays. Although we tried other restaurants and it was not the first time we went back to "As it was" and not only we booked for the last 4 evenings in a row with them. Why? Simple to say their cuisine is true: fresh fish, caught by them, in the kitchen the mother of Mr. Davide wonderful people! The dishes are nothing short of exceptional.I love cooking with good raw materials, both gourmet and home-made, and here I found a familiar and spectacular cuisine! We tasted all their dishes and a terrific soup! If you were to go to Ponza you can't miss them. Did I forget their prices? Absolutely moderate if I think of the fish we ate and that elsewhere we would have paid double.

Mi sono trovato bene. Excellent cozy restaurant with a family atmosphere, strictly fish-based dishes, anchovies marinated with Tropea onion as spectacular as all the other dishes. I was fine.

Non limitarsi al menu, discretamente vario, ma chiedere al personale (molto gentile e disponibile) informazioni su piatti del giorno che cambiano in base al pescato. In 6 abbiamo speso 200€, il dettaglio è nella foto allegata Excellent value for money. Don't limit yourself to the menu, which is fairly varied, but ask the staff (very friendly and helpful) for information on dishes of the day that change according to the catch. Tutto molto buono ,ma le acciughe alla ponzese, sono un esperienza mistica per gli amanti del pesce semplice, dovete provarle. il.merluzzo scottato con la scarola, forse il miglior pesce assaggiato sull'isola. Siamo tornati per i primi, buoni, ma io consiglio di assaggiare assolutamente il polpo in salsa di patate e tutto il pesce che viene consigliato , tutto.I primi li mangiate un'altra volta.Prezzi onestissimi. L'ambiente è semplice, carino e mette a proprio agio. Provatelo assolutamente It points north of Ponza. A family run restaurant, there is a sign on the street. Then walk a few steps. All very good, but the anchovies alla ponzese are a mystical experience for lovers of simple fish, you must try them. seared cod with escarole, perhaps the best fish tasted on the island. We are back for the first, good ones, but I recommend you absolutely taste the octopus in potato sauce and all the fish that is recommended, everything. The first ones eat them again. Very honest prices. The environment is simple, nice and puts you at ease. Try it absolutely

As it was after the end of the season and there was a local fest the night there was a limited choice. But oh boy was the fish amazing, really fresh (fished the same day) and well prepared. Stuff very friendly.
S	Simson Petrol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Ponza for 7 days and went out to eat every night. This was by far the best restaurant of them all! The dishes were all amazing and the staff super nice (even though we didn't speak Italian). Highly recommend! Try the grilled swordfish :)
