I patti sono ottimi e gli accostamenti con le acque e i vini ricercati. Dario è una persona molto socievole la cui passione per la cucina e per il gusto nonché la conoscenza estrema di questo mondo viene percepita fin dai primi momenti nel ristorante. A rare gem where you don't expect to find it. This restaurant was a find, small and cozy and well hidden. The agreements are excellent and the combinations with the waters and the wines sought after. Dario is a very sociable person whose passion for cooking and for taste as well as the extreme knowledge of this world is perceived from the very first moments in the restaurant.

Il ristorante propone intenzionalmente pochi coperti per poter curare nel dettaglio il cliente offrendo un prodotto e un servizio di alta qualità. Il menu non è alla carta ma proposto dallo chef in relazione agli ingredienti di stagione e ad eventuali intolleranze alimentari (si consigla di telefonare e stabilire direttamente con lo chef eventuali preferenze). Le portate sono abbondanti e ciascun piatto sprigiona gusti, sapori, colori e passione per la cucina sempre nel solco della tradizione. Dario e lo staff vi accompagneranno in un'esperienza unica dove il piacere per il cibo è accompagnato da un'ottima varietà di vini e selezione di acque (si, Dario è idrosommelier dell'acqua e vi farà scoprire il giusto accostamento tra acque e pietanze). We stayed at the Cit Galantom for an intimate lunch. The restaurant intentionally offers a few seats in order to take care of the customer in detail by offering a high quality product and service. The menu is not à la carte but proposed by the chef in relation to seasonal ingredients and any food intolerances (it is advisable to call and establish any preferences directly with the chef). The courses are abundant and each dish emanates tastes, flavors, colors and passion for cooking always in the wake of tradition. Dario and the staff will accompany you on a unique experience where the pleasure of food is accompanied by an excellent variety of wines and a selection of waters (yes, Dario is a hydro-sommelier of water and will make you discover the right combination of water and dishes ).

Great Menu, beautiful dining in a cozy room with only 4 tables. I will come back and recommend it to friends.
