Avevo richiesto in ufficio, esplicitamente, se avessero pellet di solo Faggio, in quanto lo uso come lettiera per conigli. Mi è stato detto di sì e venduti 2 sacchi che si sono rivelati poi di essere solo Abete, Tossico per i conigli e quindi inutilizzabile. Li richiamo stamattina, risponde un uomo e chiedo se avessero del pellet solo faggio, ma mi viene risposto di no e che hanno solo la marca che mi era stata effettivamente venduta il giorno prima. Mi sono sentita presa in giro dalla signora in ufficio a cui avevo chiesto la prima volta, ho buttato €10 e mi trovo con 30 kg di pellet che non posso utilizzare e di cui non ne faccio nulla. Grazie. Negative experience with regards to pellets. I had explicitly asked in the office if they had only beech pellets, as I use it as rabbit bedding. I was told yes and sold 2 bags which turned out to be only Fir, Toxic to rabbits and therefore unusable. I call them back this morning, a man replies and I ask if they only had beech pellets, but I am told no and that they only have the brand that had actually been sold to me the day before. I felt teased by the lady in the office I asked for the first time, I threw € 10 and I find myself with 30 kg of pellets that I cannot use and of which I do not do anything. Thank you.
