Gli antipasti buonissimi! I primi visti gli antipasti mi aspettavo meglio (risotto un po' salato). Purtroppo i secondo li ho solo assaggiati perché ero stra pieno! Ad ogni modo posto consigliatissimo We took a tasting menu with 7 starters, two first two second courses and a dessert. 35 euros including wine and coffee! The portions are very abundant (bis, tris, ...) The starters are delicious! The first few starters I expected better (risotto a little salty). Unfortunately I only tasted the second courses because I was very full! In any case, highly recommended place

La domenica che ho pranzato da loro c'erano 9 antipasti 2 primi e 2 secondi. Degna di nota la battuta di fassone davvero ottima e gli agnolotti fatti in casa. Apprezzato il fatto che tra gli antipasti non ci fosse il classico affettato.

Nel week end c’è il menu degustazione che comprende 6/7 antipasti, 2 primi ,2 secondi con contorno e dolce. Cibo ottimo e di qualità , abbondante e sempre diverso. Il personale è sempre fantastico e disponile. È sempre un piacere pranzare qui. Gentili anche con i nostri amici a 4 zampe We discovered this trattoria by chance but it quickly became one of our favorite restaurants. On weekends there is a tasting menu which includes 6/7 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses with side dishes and dessert. Excellent and quality food, abundant and always different. The staff are always great and helpful. It is always a pleasure to have lunch here. Gentle even with our 4-legged friends

Consigliatissimo per pranzi e cene dove si vuole stare bene e sentirsi in una vera trattoria di una volta. Lunch with colleagues. Endless quality and quantity, from appetizers to desserts, really well done, super starters, excellent first and second courses well cooked. Gli antipasti secondo la tradizione piemontese rappresentano un'importante ingresso ai piatti principali, e certamente qui li potrete gustare tutti, anche in abbondanza (il bis è stato praticamente sempre disponibile). Locale molto carino, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. If you are looking for the real Piedmontese trattoria, this is the right place to go. the typical fixed menu includes 8 appetizers, two first courses, a second with side dish and drinks. The antipasti according to the Piedmontese tradition represent an important entrance to the main dishes, and certainly here you can taste them all, even in abundance (the encore was practically always available). Very nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent quality-price relation.

Good quality ingredients and well executed recipes which draw from the rich culinary tradition of the region but reinterpret it with originality. Great sampling of salami, an original presentation of the traditional "bagna cauda", generous use of truffle to flavour the "carne cruda", crespelle alle noci and agnolotti in a rich dark sauce were my favourite first, fassone for second was delicious, but by then I was so full... I cannot comment on price as I was guest, but I would assume not at all pricey by English standards. Facilities at traditionally modest. The place is totally out of tourist routes in an unassuming hilltown. To those who like a road trip to venture into the "real" and value good food it is worth a stop. Pretty valleys nearby, parco di Venaria on the doorstep, Royal palace of Venaria twenty minutes away. A drive trough the mountains takes to Avigliana lake and the Sagra di San Michele. Start planning that roadtrip.
