Piatti abbondanti e davvero ottimi! Tagliere di salumi con assaggi di vari ottimo(salumi di propria produzione e in vendita all'interno), tutto molto buono dal primo al dolce. Se c'è un piatto che mi ha colpito veramente tanto sono state le costine! La carne era tenera, cotta perfettamente e ben guarnita! Posto supercongliato!? To say that we enjoyed it is too little! Super recommended! We took 2 tasting menus, we thought mini portions and instead we came out pretty full! Generous and really good dishes! Platter of cold cuts with tastings of various excellent (cured meats of own production and for sale inside), all very good from the first to the dessert. If there is one dish that really impressed me it was the ribs! The meat was tender, perfectly cooked and well garnished! Super-connected place! ?

Cibo ottimo, in particolar modo il salame di loro produzione, ma anche i ravioli di carne di razza Varzese. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Vi consiglio di fermarvi se in zona, non ve ne pentirete. Very nice, well-kept place, located in a characteristic village, all in stone. Excellent food, especially the salami of their production, but also the Varzese breed meat ravioli. The value for money is excellent. I recommend you stop if in the area, you will not regret it.

Ho optato per il menù degustazione (35€, bevande incluse). Tutti i piatti erano buoni, di un livello inferiore i ravioli di carne. Il personale mi è sembrato un pò freddo e poco presente. Altra nota che non mi ha fatto dare 5 stelle è stato che il menù non descrive fedelmente i piatti. Ad esempio il "crumble di mandorle con gelato" era ricoperto di cannella, le "crepes di ricotta con funghi porcini" erano con delle erbe (spinaci o altro).. Piccoli dettagli che possono fare la differenza. In generale comunque mi sento di consigliarlo. Restaurant of excellent workmanship both in the quality of the food and in the location (certainly well cared for and particular). I opted for the tasting menu (€ 35, drinks included). All dishes were good, the meat ravioli on a lower level. The staff seemed a little cold and not very present. Another note that did not give me 5 stars was that the menu does not accurately describe the dishes. For example the "almond crumble with ice cream" was covered with cinnamon, the "ricotta crepes with porcini mushrooms" were with herbs (spinach or other) .. Small details that can make the difference. In general, however, I feel I can recommend it.

Bellissimo d'estate con i suoi spazi all'aperto, accogliente d'inverno con i suoi panorami sulle montagne. Menù alla carta con prodotti e piatti locali oppure degustazione per tutti i commensali. Da provare i famosi ravioli di stufato e l'anatra in riduzione d'arancia ottima. Prezzi equi. Tutte le norme Covid rispettate. Da provare Beautiful restaurant in the center of Bosmenso in the hills above Varzi. Beautiful in summer with its open spaces, welcoming in winter with its mountain views. A la carte menu with local products and dishes or tasting for all diners. Try the famous stew ravioli and duck in excellent orange reduction. Fair prices. All Covid rules respected. To try

Personale gentile e disponibile, salumi e antipasti della casa buonissimi, merluzzo tenero e saporito e anche il dolce veramente delizioso. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci. We stopped by chance and now I say luckily at lunchtime and we discovered an excellent restaurant in this small village. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious homemade cold cuts and appetizers, tender and tasty cod and also the truly delicious dessert. Can't wait to go back.
