Mi aspettavo un normale locale tipico di città orientato alla cucina di pesce, invece no: Baccus è molto di più! Al mio arrivo vengo accolto da Marianna, la proprietaria, che immediatamente empatizza con me e con la mia solitudine da lavoratore fuori casa e fa di tutto per mettermi a mio agio. Comincia a farmi assaggiare ogni sua specialità accompagnando il tutto da piacevole conversazione che, in sua assenza (è la cuoca), viene alimentata dal fratello Francesco con tutta la sua simpatia, coinvolgendo altri clienti in un’opera di socializzazione collettiva. Entrambi pugliesi, rendono calda e accogliente l’atmosfera. Orecchiette alla crudaiola e frittura rinforzata di pesce con baccalà e alici, tipiche pugliesi ed estremamente squisite, quasi passano in secondo piano in quel contesto così amichevole. Il locale è elegante e l’ambiente esterno sembra catapultare il cliente in riva al mare, tanto è curato! I prezzi poi sono veramente ma veramente bassi considerando servizio e qualità della cucina. Spero proprio di tornarci presto! In Rieti for work, I go to this place on the recommendation of friends. I was expecting a normal typical city restaurant oriented towards fish cuisine, but no: Baccus is much more! Upon my arrival I am greeted by Marianna, the owner, who immediately empathizes with me and with my loneliness as a worker outside the home and does everything to make me comfortable. She begins to let me taste each of her specialties, accompanying everything with a pleasant conversation which, in her absence (she is the cook), is fed by her brother Francesco with all his sympathy, involving other customers in a collective socialization work. Both from Puglia, they make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Orecchiette alla crudaiola and reinforced fried fish with cod and anchovies, typical Apulian and extremely delicious, almost fade into the background in that friendly context. The restaurant is elegant and the external environment seems to catapult the customer to the sea, so much is taken care of! The prices are really, really low considering the service and quality of the cuisine. I really hope to go back soon!

Cibo di qualità cucinato in modo diverso da Co e lo mangi comunemente. Sapori genuini e pieni di gusto intenso ed equilibrato negli ingredienti. Noi ci torneremo al più presto Beautiful restaurant, Marianna the cook is a professional and an exceptional person. The brother knows how to make you feel like a special guest. Quality food cooked differently from Co and you eat it commonly. Genuine flavors full of intense flavor and balanced in the ingredients. We will be back soon

Un antipasto di pesce 30€ per due, composto da: VERZA, 2 pezzetti di salmone, 2 di salmone affumicato, una ciotolina di polpo con le patate (non cotto bene né le patate né il pesce), cozze e una ciotolina con una verdurina che nemmeno ho assaggiato. Fine antipasto da 30€!!! Per i primi nulla di che. Frittura di pesce rimediata, capisco che è un fuori menù ma almeno la decenza di farla bene. Tiramisù con i grumi di mascarpone. Tra un piatto e un altro 30 minuti di attesa, arriva il piatto a me e dopo 10 minuti alla mia compagna. Servizio scortese. Acqua del rubinetto, se permetti dopo che la pago voglio quella in bottiglia. 118€ per cosa? I don't understand the positive reviews that are left. A fish appetizer € 30 for two, consisting of: VERZA, 2 pieces of salmon, 2 of smoked salmon, a small bowl of octopus with potatoes (neither potatoes nor fish cooked well), mussels and a small bowl with a vegetable that I have not even tasted. End of appetizer from 30 € !!! For the former, nothing special. Fried fish remedied, I understand that it is off the menu but at least the decency to do it well. Tiramisu with lumps of mascarpone. Between one dish and another 30 minutes of waiting, the dish arrives to me and after 10 minutes to my partner. Rude service. Tap water, if you allow it after I pay for it, I want bottled water. 118 € for what?

Peccato che avevamo fretta, ci sarebbe piaciuto stare in loro compagnia e gustare altri piatti sicuramente buonissimi. Un saluto da Pescara! Orecchiette with amazing turnip tops and super tiramisu! Owners brother and sister with their mother, really kind and nice. Too bad we were in a hurry, we would have liked to be in their company and enjoy other dishes that are certainly very good. P	PATACCHIOLA ANGELICA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il posto è carino ma non adatto ad una cucina di pesce,il menù molto buono peccato i tempi di attesa di differenza tra i primi,(andrebbero prima servite le donne) e i piatti dovrebbero arrivare insieme. il servizio discreto,il cameriere forse un po' troppo poco professionale. il conto adatto,leggermente troppo. the place is nice but not suitable for fish cuisine, the menu is very good too bad the waiting times for the difference between the first courses, (the women should be served first) and the dishes should arrive together. the discreet service, the waiter perhaps a little too unprofessional. the bill fit, slightly too much.
