Abbiamo scelto il menù Atmosfera, ma abbiamo chiesto di cambiare uno dei primi perchè mio marito voleva assaggiare la pasta con le sarde, presente nel menù "Ricordi". Piacevolissimi tutti i piatti ed in particolar modo il risotto con scampi, rapa fermentata e testina. Consiglio la visita. Buono anche il servizio, il personale di sala è gentile e preparato. Bravi tutti. A pleasant discovery is the Atmosfera restaurant led by chef Antonio Pepe. We chose the Atmosfera menu, but we asked to change one of the first ones because my husband wanted to taste the pasta with sardines, present in the "Ricordi" menu. All the dishes are very pleasant and especially the risotto with scampi, fermented turnip and head. I recommend the visit. The service is also good, the dining room staff is polite and prepared. Good job, everyone.

Davvero un'ottima proposta di cucina mediterranea creativa, che sicuramente non ti aspetti di trovare a Monza. Ho apprezzato molto la pasta con le sarde e il menu degustazione dei crudi. Complimenti anche per la gentilezza e la preparazione del personale di sala. Consigliato per chi vive a Monza o per chi si trova lì per lavoro. Tried this restaurant while on business stay at Helios. Really an excellent proposal of creative Mediterranean cuisine, which you certainly do not expect to find in Monza. I enjoyed the pasta with sardines and the raw tasting menu. Congratulations also for the kindness and preparation of the dining room staff. Recommended for those who live in Monza or for those who are there for work.

Una nota a mio parere negativa sono le portate davvero scarse tanto da uscire ancora con appetito e tenendo conto che non è proprio conveniente io personalmente non ci ritorno. Definitely an excellent restaurant with refined cuisine and an accurate presentation of the dishes. Elegant location and kind and trained staff. A negative note in my opinion are the really scarce courses so much that you still go out with an appetite and taking into account that it is not really convenient, I personally will not go back.

Il personale era molto professionale e cordiale con una location intima e rilassante. I piatti erano opere d'arte. Da provare! I went to this restaurant with my partner. We took two tasting menus and the dishes were really excellent and cared for down to the smallest detail. The staff were very professional and friendly with an intimate and relaxing location. The dishes were works of art. To try!

Basta guardare le foto per innamorarsi di ogni singolo piatto! Posso quindi solo raccontarvi il gusto, che devo dire ha superato le mie aspettative. Ognuno dei due menù è un percorso anche emozionante che parte dalla materia prima fino ad arrivare alla forchetta. Mi son reso conto della magia quando ho assaggiato un piatto contenente la liquirizia (che non mi piace), ma è stato il mio piatto preferito. Sicuramente da provare! Nota ancora più positiva: nonostante le porzioni, tutto è studiato per non farti uscire affamato dal ristorante! Prezzi PIÙ CHE GIUSTI per l'esperienza fatta! Inside the Helios Hotel, a magical well-kept room where works of art are served. Just look at the photos to fall in love with every single dish! So I can only tell you about the taste, which I must say has exceeded my expectations. Each of the two menus is also an exciting journey that starts from the raw material up to the fork. I realized the magic when I tasted a dish containing licorice (which I don't like), but it was my favorite dish. Definitely to try! Even more positive note: despite the portions, everything is designed so that you don't leave the restaurant hungry! Prices MORE THAN RIGHT for the experience!
