Udito: i suoni del bosco, il cinguettio e le parole rassicuranti di uno chef che trasuda passione ed empatia Olfatto: gli odori delle materie prime buone e ricercate. Un ossimoro difficile da trovare, Andrea riesce a farti annusare l’aria di una “genuinità gourmet”, molto difficile da trovare altrove. Tatto: toccare con mano i prodotti della terra Bolognese, ma ancor di più sentirsi accarezzati dall’amore dello chef Andrea Funi. Vista: una location che infonde relax e ti fa precipitare nel mondo dello “slow food”. I piatti contraddistinti da una ricercata semplicità che esalta il gusto. Gusto: dalla sapidità degli antipasti all’umami dei primi piatti, accompagnati dal perlage di un metodo classico per giungere finalmente al dolce. Un’esperienza da ripetere!

A Bologna per il weekend del Cosmoprof desideravamo una serata rilassante all’insegna del buon cibo ed è proprio ciò che abbiamo trovato. Il locale è molto accogliente e l’atmosfera è calda e rilassante, lo staff eccezionale: attento e molto presente, il servizio veloce ed impeccabile con lo chef che ha avuto cura di noi dall’inizio alla fine spiegandoci ogni piatto con amore e dedizione. La passione e l’amore dello chef per il suo lavoro è palpabile e la si ritrova in ogni piatto. Ogni materia prima è ricercata e di ottima qualità. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assaggiare due primi molto particolari che lo chef prepara solo una volta l’anno, veramente buonissimi. A partire dall’antipasto, ai primi con le paste fatte a mano, i secondi e un magnifico gelato alla crema artigianale con le ciliegie, tutto è stato un piacere per gli occhi e per il palato. Assolutamente consigliato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La cura per il cliente, la passione e l’ottimo cibo meritano di essere celebrati. Grazie. Welcomed with open arms! In Bologna for the Cosmoprof weekend we wanted a relaxing evening full of good food and that's exactly what we found. The place is very welcoming and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the staff exceptional: attentive and very present, the fast and impeccable service with the chef who took care of us from start to finish, explaining each dish with love and dedication. The chef's passion and love for his work is palpable and can be found in every dish. Each raw material is refined and of excellent quality. We were lucky enough to taste two very special first courses that the chef prepares only once a year, really delicious. Starting from the appetizer, to the first courses with handmade pasta, the second courses and a magnificent homemade ice cream with cherries, everything was a pleasure for the eyes and for the palate. Absolutely recommended. Excellent value for money. Customer care, passion and excellent food deserve to be celebrated. Thanks.

Tutto questo si rispecchia nella sua cucina: I oiatti sono ricercati ma al tempo stesso tradizionali. Ho avuto l'occasione di provare vari piatti e tutti erano eccellenti (tagliatelle al ragù e tortellini sublimi). Ottima cantina. Tutti i piatti soni spiegati dallo chef in persona. Ambiente molto carino e massimo rispetto delle normative covid. Ristorante consigliatissimo. Chef Andrea Funi is very dedicated to the search for typical and quality products (even unavailable). All this is reflected in his cuisine: the dishes are refined but at the same time traditional. I had the opportunity to try various dishes and all of them were excellent (tagliatelle with meat sauce and sublime tortellini). Excellent cellar. All dishes are explained by the chef himself. Very nice environment and maximum compliance with covid regulations. Highly recommended restaurant.

Già all’arrivo si respira una bella atmosfera con lo chef che ti accoglie e ti spiega i piatti (il menu ti arriva su WhatsApp la mattina, visto il periodo covid direi una bella idea). I piatti sono ottimi con ingredienti di qualità e della zona. Noi abbiamo preso dei tortelli barba e capponi (ripieni di fior di ricotta) e un tortellino classico. Per secondo un cotechino fasciato e un orto d’inverno (verdure di stagione con una caciotta). Il dolce e da provare assolutamente una scorza nera Majani, sublime… Insomma qui non si sbaglia! What can I say, first time and pleasantly impressed. Already upon arrival you can feel a nice atmosphere with the chef who welcomes you and explains the dishes (the menu arrives on WhatsApp in the morning, given the covid period I would say a good idea). The dishes are excellent with quality and local ingredients. We took the beard and capon tortelli (stuffed with ricotta cheese) and a classic tortellino. For the second course a wrapped cotechino and a winter vegetable garden (seasonal vegetables with a caciotta). The sweet and absolutely must try a Majani black peel, sublime ... In short, here you are not mistaken!

They are two different places as you can see from my photos attached to the review. I have already contacted Google customer service for clarification.
S	S. Havermans - G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great dinner here. Menu is in Italian but the very friendly waitres speaks perfectly English and translates the dishes for you if necessary. Service was quite fast, food of excellent quality and great (home made) wine. Nice location too. Need a car to come here, parking space available. Close by to our accomodation fattiorie Di monteciario but went by car because the small, windy road is not easy to walk on by night. We tried various courses and shared them with two. Definitely would go back here if I would stay longer

Ordered several starters and Pasta for Primi and every single dish was excellent. The ham was declicious and so was the homemade pasta. In fact the Chef sent me the daily offer via whatsapp beforehand - that is what I call service. For a restaurant that is mentioned in the Guide Michelin the prices are more than fair. We liked the food so much that we decided to come back the next day. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the region. Thank you until next time!
