★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante che propone piatti di cucina creativa. L' ambiente interno è molto curato e raffinato, adatto a pranzi di lavoro o a cene romantiche (non adatto ai bambini). Il locale è aperto da poco da due ragazzi giovani che esprimono veramente tanta passione nei loro piatti che sono pensati, preparati e presentati con cura.
È sicuramente un buon inizio e spero possano migliorarsi sempre più; un consiglio da non professionista è quello di fare una selezione più accurata delle materie prime, cercando di proporre dei prodotti un po' più di nicchia e andando alla ricerca di una propria identità.
In altro consiglio è quello di avvisare chi prenota un tavolo per le 21:30 che a quell'ora non potrà scegliere il menù degustazione: sentirselo dire direttamente al tavolo dopo averlo scelto non fa iniziare la cena nel migliore dei modi.

The restaurant has recently been opened by two young guys who really express a lot of passion in their dishes that are thought out, prepared and presented with care.
It is certainly a good start and I hope they can improve more and more; a non-professional advice is to make a more careful selection of raw materials, trying to propose products that are a little more niche and looking for their own identity.
Another tip is to warn those who book a table for 21:30 that at that time they will not be able to choose the tasting menu: hearing it directly at the table after choosing it does not start dinner in the best way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato con la mia compagna pochi giorni fa. Menù degustazione “a mano libera” molto buono. Servizio ben fatto e conto in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato. Un bel ristorante innovativo in quel di Calderino.
I was with my partner a few days ago. Very good "free hand" tasting menu. Service well done and bill in line with what we ate. A nice innovative restaurant in Calderino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi aggiungo e ripeto i commenti già fatti... effettivamente ci si aspetta qualcosa di più di quello che si immagina. Il posto è davvero bello, ma i piatti sebbene abbiano un aspetto invitante e straordinario rientrino nella norma. Manca quel tocco in più... i prezzi sono adeguati, quindi non bisogna poi lamentarsi tanto. Non è un posto per famiglie, ovvero per bambini. Dò quattro stelle invitandoli a migliorare

Che dire, ci hanno semplicemente conquistati. Tutto perfetto, tempi, piatti e servizio attento e simpatico.
Sono riusciti a darmi sensazioni con i loro piatti..... Bravissimi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena a sorpresa. In due. Sono rimasta sorpresa dalla location. Essenziale appunto. Atmosfera elegante e accogliente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Menu: proprio buono. Abbinamenti di gusti particolari ben adattati. Scelta amlia di vini. Dolci strepitosi. Fantasia nell'impiattamento. Siamo stati soddisfatti anche nel prezzo. Locale per anniversario o qualsiasi evento da celebrare.
Surprise dinner. In two. I was surprised by the location. Essential indeed. Elegant and welcoming atmosphere. Very nice and helpful staff. Menu: just good. Well suited combinations of particular tastes. Amlia choice of wines. Amazing desserts. Imagination in serving. We were also satisfied in the price. Local for anniversary or any event to celebrate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il coraggio e l'incoscienza dell'età Camilla e Davide si sono gettati anima e cuore in questo progetto a dispetto della pandemia e di tutti i problemi legati ad una nuova attività ristorativa molto trasversale rispetto a quella tradizionalmente presente sul territorio. Camilla pasticcera sopraffina, Davide chef che nei suoi piatti riflette tutta la sua esperienza internazionale di alto livello pur rimanendo saldamente legato alla tradizione tricolore. Siamo stati a cena con altre due coppie di amici e siamo usciti applaudendo a scena aperta. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è positivamente imbarazzante sia per il cibo che per la cantina!!
With the courage and recklessness of the age, Camilla and Davide threw themselves heart and soul into this project in spite of the pandemic and all the problems related to a new restaurant business very transversal to that traditionally present in the area. Camilla superfine pastry chef, Davide chef who in his dishes reflects all his high-level international experience while remaining firmly linked to the tricolor tradition. We had dinner with two other couples of friends and we went out clapping openly. The value for money is positively embarrassing both for the food and for the cellar !!
