Oggi ho avuto la fortuna di pranzare qua, in quello che Lucio Dalla definí "il bar di guerre stellari". Un posto unico, magico... L'ambiente è surreale, sfarzoso e caldo. La #cucina è affidata alle esperte mani di Matteo Ugolotti. Piatti veri e preziosi...uno dopo l'altro: -> Rocher di Baccalà -> Zucchina, uovo e tartufo -> Cotechino & Capesante -> Tagliatelle al germano Reale -> Tortelli di Zucca -> Faraona -> Piccione -> Gelato, albicocca e cioccolato -> Salame al Cioccolato (senza foto poiché estasiato) Carta Vini interessante, ricca e curiosa... Bella da sfogliare e piacevolmente accompagnata dai consigli #sommelier Voglio (anzi devo) tornarci presto. Buon Appetito! ? I have few words, maybe I don't. G	Gaetano La Montagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra i ristoranti più scenografici che abbia mai visitato. Un vero santuario barocco dell'enogastronomia della destra Po mantovano. Dico solo che sono riusciti a far mangiare un piatto di fagioli a me, che detesto i fagioli, grazie a superba zuppa con astice e cavolo nero. Grandioso anche il risotto con salsiccia e zafferano dell'Iran in pistilli. A completare una cascata di zabaione su una fetta di morbidissima torta di mele. Buono anche il Franciacorta che ci accompagnato. In sala tanta cortesia e simpatia. Among the most scenic restaurants I've ever visited. A true Baroque sanctuary of the food and wine of the Mantuan Po right. I'm just saying they managed to make me eat a plate of beans, who hate beans, thanks to superb soup with lobster and kale. The risotto with sausage and Iranian saffron in pistils is also great. To complete a cascade of eggnog on a slice of very soft apple pie. The Franciacorta that accompanied us is also good. In the dining room a lot of courtesy and friendliness.

Si viene accolti e accompagnati al proprio tavolo in maniera impeccabile, da quel momento l'attenzione verso il cliente è totale. Il cibo è qualcosa di favoloso, ogni portata è un esperienza unica, ti viene da dire questo piatto è il migliore che abbia mangiato per poi venire appresi da quello successivo. I sapori sono davvero intensi, ogni portata viene servita togliendo il coperchio dal piatto ed in quel momento vieni avvolto dal sapore del piatto. In questo caso possiamo dire che non si tratta solo di mangiare bene ma si parla di fare un'esperienza culinaria. Da ritornare sicuramente per assaggiare altre portate e vivere una nuova esperienza. A wonderful experience. The place is very special, it seems to enter a magical place. You are welcomed and accompanied to your table in an impeccable way, from that moment the attention towards the customer is total. Food is something fabulous, each course is a unique experience, you feel like this dish is the best you have ever eaten and then you learn the next one. The flavors are really intense, each course is served by removing the lid from the plate and in that moment you are enveloped by the flavor of the dish. In this case we can say that it is not just about eating well but about having a culinary experience. Definitely to return to taste other courses and live a new experience.

Beautiful ambiance, very personal, nice conversation with the chef, they brought a special dessert for our anniversary, everything was served with silver, even our ice, large beautiful tables and the food was in-cred-i-ble!!! Highly recommend!!!
