β β β β β Visited everyday during our stay here and were not disappointed with anything. The dishes are simple but tasty, fresh and home-made. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Despite their poor English they had no issues preparing stuff off the menu or altering the dish while still shocking with great taste. Couldn't find better seafood anywhere else in Anzio. Also, for this level of quality, the prices were laughably low.

β β β β β We were 8 people without reservation and they were full. However, we waited for 5 minutes and they created a new spot for us. The food was nice, I recommend ordering fish. Very nice place at the beach, just what we were looking for. Thank you very much.

β β β β β Beautiful view, great location, good service but food used to be much better in the past. It's not too bad though but for the prices they charge it should have been better. My dishes were slightly oversalted, fried mix of fish was slightly over fried which made calamari tough. In terms of pricing bear in mind they charge for bread basket which they bring without a request, and overall prices are a bit exaggerated.

β β β β β This place was extremely rude to my friend and I to say the least. The server brought bread we never requested (which is traditionally not free in Italy) and the server was definitely not happy with the fact we didn't order wine and only wanted water. Although the food was good, while we finished our meal the staff put a side table behind my chair to accommodate the family next to us, making it impossible to back my chair out so I could get up. I had to hand my belongings to my friend who also moved the chair next to me so I could slide out of the table. Rude staff to say the least, especially if you're a native English speaker. They'll take your money but won't be happy to serve you.

β β β β β Probably the best Sea Food restaurant in Anzio Alceste's suprises you with a well rounded menΓΉ of fish dishes that includes Tartare, Seafood Pasta and various fresh fishes among others delicious well prepared and prensented dishes, definetely to try some of they're wines, they have a long one.
And if you 're there try they're "Homemade Potato Gnocchi with shrimp's Gravy" they're delicious.
Highly recommended??

β β β β β Appetizer was nice, and this is where I stop with positive comments. Service is very disappointing. We were actually sure that they have forgotten our main course because of the long waiting time. During that very long pause between the courses, the waiter put a plate in front of me, and then realized he was wrong, took it and then served the wright person ( I hope so). Bread, that we didn't order, they just put it in front of you and then they charge it for 4β¬ later, and it was hard like a stone. We asked for salt and pepper and some olive oil, they said ok, we never got it. Secondo piatto was so overpriced, 20β¬ for 5 pieces of fish and bowl of melted butter. The worst experience in Italy so far.

β β β β β I Arrived to this restaurant by a raccomendation of a friend.
It was a good one!!!
Fish and sea food restaurant, with all the maners of old scholl Italian restaurants.
Local pepoele are in.
The food, at least what i had, Risoto al pescatore, was very tasty.
I will sure come back in the future.
