★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è un luogo magico. Ci torno sempre molto volentieri. Solo farsi declamare il menù a memoria vale la pena la fermata. I prodotti sono sempre freschissimi e cucinati con amore.
This is a magical place. I always go back willingly. Just getting the menu rung out is worth the stop. The products are always fresh and cooked with love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in viaggio verso Alba e i suoi tartufi,ad ora di pranzo, siamo usciti dalla A1 per cercare un posto dove mangiare, magari un primo piatto al volo, cercavamo infatti una trattoria, niente di speciale. Dall'insegna e dal posto dove si trova, il ristorante al Ponte da Tonino sembrava facesse al caso nostro. Il locale è molto raffinato (è la prima volta che trovo dei tappeti, forse persiani, in un ristorante) il servizio di livello alto, la cucina buona ma il prezzo del conto decisamente salato, ricarichi eccessivi sui vini
traveling to Alba and its truffles, at lunchtime, we left the A1 to look for a place to eat, maybe a first course on the fly, we were looking for a restaurant, nothing special. From the sign and the place where it is located, the restaurant at Ponte da Tonino seemed to suit us. The restaurant is very refined (it is the first time I have found carpets, perhaps Persian, in a restaurant), the service of a high standard, the cuisine is good but the price of the bill is decidedly high, excessive markups on wines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo buono ma carissimo, 4€ un coperto, 18€ un piatto con 8 tortelloni, 15€ un piatto di tagliatelle al ragù bolognese mi sembra un po esagerato
Good food but very expensive, 4 € a cover charge, 18 € a plate with 8 tortelloni, 15 € a plate of tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce seems a bit exaggerated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mangiato bene ma ... Tutte le robe che ho chiesto mi hanno detto di prendere una variante compresi dei TORTELLINI BURRO E SALVIA che a Bologna se lo dici a qualcuno ti ammazza, 99 euro per solo 3 piatti e 2 dolci, l'acqua non te la potevi versare da solo.
DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE
Eaten well but ... All the stuff I asked for told me to take a variant including the BUTTER AND SALVIA TORTELLINI which in Bologna if you tell someone it kills you, 99 euros for only 3 dishes and 2 desserts, no water you could have poured it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre questo ristorante si è dimostrato all'altezza delle aspettative. Sabato sera ero lì a cena pensavo di mangiare pesce fresco appena pescato che sanno cucinare come si deve e invece sorpresa...tartufo. Tartufo di tutto rispetto e piatti che lo esaltano...consiglio il portafoglio agli spinaci e tuorlo d'uovo crudo e le strette che sono tagliatelle più sottili al tartufo. Tutto ottimo. Bravi
As always this restaurant lived up to expectations. Saturday night I was there for dinner I thought I was eating fresh fish that they know how to cook properly and instead surprise ... truffles. Very respectable truffles and dishes that enhance it ... I recommend the portfolio with spinach and raw egg yolk and the narrow ones which are thinner tagliatelle with truffles. All excellent. Well done
