È pur vero che il pizzaiolo è Napoletano, pluridecorato "pizza verace" ma, oltre alla pizza ed il fritto di pesce, servono anche ottima carne alla brace. Ho sfidato il pizzaiolo ordinando la "pizza fritta" è ho perso. Fantastico il ripieno, frittura pulita e materie prime utilizzate di buon livello ciccioli, fiordilatte e ricotta. Ottime le costolette di agnello Gallese. Ottimo il pane fatto in casa. Pasticceria Napoletana e cannoli siciliani di buona fattura Insomma, abbiamo mangiato bene, ci ritorneremo senz'altro, anche perché Francesca è molto gentile e molto professionale. Absolutnie nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Ceny również na dobrym poziomie, tak naprawdę to za obiad dla 2 osób wydaje się tyle samo co w większym mieście w Polsce. Polecam serdecznie, oraz muszę pochwalić obsługę miejsca. MEGA sympatyczni ludzie, oby się wiodło jak najlepiej a ja polecam z całego serca. [ANG] Great place for dinner. Qui la pizza, non è la solita schiacciata che fanno in molte pizzeria qui a Bologna. Questa è la vera pizza ?!! Abbastanza sottile al centro ma con un cornicione alto 4 piani di un palazzo!! Che eventualmente, potete riceverlo ripieno con qualsiasi ingrediente vogliate. E la mozzarella, pardon fiordilatte, è gustosa e filante. Si sente che gli ingredienti sono di qualità. Per esempio, nella mia pizza, la salsiccia era davvero buona, non come certe pizzerie che sono da discount. Poi se non volete mangiare la pizza, hanno la griglia con vera brace a vista sul locale, per cuocere una lista di carni scritte su una lavagna nel locale ( salsiccia, Fiorentina, piranha, ecc ). I dolci sono i grandi classici napoletani, presente anche il cannolo siciliano. Personale gentilissimo, un conto congruo alla qualità dei prodotti, per me, è la Pizza che potete chiamare davvero con il suo nome. Però se volete andare nel weekend, prenotate, il locale non è grandissimo. Parcheggio enorme. In the small Tivoli a few kilometers from San Giovanni in Persiceto, you can breathe the air of Naples! Desserts are the great Neapolitan classics, including Sicilian cannoli. Very kind staff, an account consistent with the quality of the products, for me, it is the Pizza that you can really call by its name.
