Peccato per il servizio e la mancanza di organizzazione perché il cibo è molto buono ma l'attesa snervante non ci ha concesso di gustarcelo a pieno.
Stayed for a dinner, nice place staff more than kind.
Too bad for the service and the lack of organization because the food is very good but the unnerving wait didn't allow us to fully enjoy it.

We came across this restaurant by chance, the restaurateur informed us that that day they would serve a fixed menu and not a la carte. Piedmontese cuisine, well made and well presented, great price, friendly and pleasant staff. We'll be back.

Purtroppo siamo stati accolti in una sala bella ma abbastanza fredda. Il servizio è stato simpatico ma un po' improvvisato.
Le pizze nella media e dolci deludenti.
Abbiamo apprezzato il tentativo e di sicuro con qualche accorgimento tecnico in più potrebbero avere molti più risultati.
I state that we booked a few hours before dinner and that they immediately warned us to be late on the service.
Unfortunately we were welcomed in a nice but quite cold room. The service was nice but a little offhand.
Average pizzas and disappointing desserts.
We appreciated the attempt and for sure with a few more technical tricks they could have much more results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina tipica piemontese con tutti i prodotti della zona. Locale a gestione familiare con un bel clima ed un'ottima cura dei dettagli in un paesino davvero da fiaba. Ottimo il risotto di bra al barbera e salsiccia! Buono anche l'antipasto piemontese. Servizio curato e nei tempi giusti. Da provare!!
Typical Piedmontese cuisine with all the products of the area. Family-run establishment with a beautiful climate and excellent attention to detail in a truly fairytale village. The risotto di bra with barbera and sausage is excellent! The Piedmontese appetizer is also good. Careful service and in the right times. To try!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fa da ristorante all'albergo Al calar della sera. Locale carino, rustico ed accogliente. Piatti cucinati benissimo. Da segnalare il risotto al castelmagno: una crema. Finire la cena con un bicchiere di barolo chinato è un autentico piacere. Prezzi onesti per la qualità dei piatti. Peccato pochi piatti per celiaci.
It serves as a restaurant at the hotel At nightfall. Nice, rustic and welcoming place. Very well cooked dishes. Worth mentioning is the castelmagno risotto: a cream. Finishing dinner with a glass of Barolo Chinato is a real pleasure. Fair prices for the quality of the dishes. Too bad a few dishes for celiacs.
