β β β β β 2 nights stay while travelling through Europe. Brand new hotel. Everything is immaculate. Breakfast very good, don't just accept the buffet they will prepare eggs anyway for you. The only fault I have is that the table you are given in the dining room is the table you are to use all stay. We went to sit at the window but that wasn't our table !!! Otherwise really enjoyable stay. Staff very helpful. Secure parking available and get a Trentino card -many places of interest included free.

β β β β β Warm welcome in the Hotel. Room was big, clean and cosy. Slept very well, comfortable mattress. Rich breakfast, could have more dark bread, lots of cakes. We upgraded to half pension, dinner is the price more than worth.
Large and great spa area.
Big room for store Bike/Ski, table for maintenance available. Could be improved with a Bike-Stand and tools.
Just a perfect stay, thank you!

β β β β β I've contacted them back in July to know if the green pass was needed in order to access the restaurant during a stay at their hotel. They replied yes, it was and not being vaccinated I should provide a negative test each time to access the restaurant. However, I asked other hotels in Italy and also in the same region and they told me the negative Covid test was needed only at the check in. I also checked the dpcm itself, the law about green pass and it is not as the Monroc says and interprets it (in a very discriminatory way). Negative test is needed only at check in and NOT each time you want to access the restaurant as guest. Apparently they like to change the law and make it stricter, discriminatory, reminding dark times of human history.
NB I'm not hiding at all. On the Google profile people have the RIGHT to use the profile name they want. Or do you want to impose here as well YOUR rules? In my email (that you can find certainly in your inbox) you can find my name and surname. In my email, in reply to yours as in the image attached, I asked if I had to do another test after the 48h of validity and I was replied yes, I had to repeat the test every 48h! This is true according to the dpcm and the other hotels do NOT ask this.
If you think that service starts only once the guest enter your hotel you're terribly wrong.

β β β β β Great location for skiing enthusiasts, literally next door to the Daolasa gondola car. Very modern, clean and attractive in pure design terms. Great food and attentive service. The only drawback is small common areas. Apart from the restaurant, the remaining areas (in practice just the bar...) are small and not particularly attractive.

β β β β β For the second time in 2 years we spend our winter holiday in Hotel Monroc.
From the booking (by email) through the check out you feel appreciated at every single moment. This is a familiar hotel, what you can feel in everything the Rossi Familiy does.
Nothing is too much for the staff or personnel. Kitchen and restaurant is well organized and the food is delicious. The smile you get every single day from every single employee makes your stay even more wonderfull! It is dangerous to start mentioning names ;-) , but I would like to give a special thanks to the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff. Excellent service!
Rooms, restaurant (Nicole was SUPER), lobby, parking garage,..... everything was considered to make the stay comfortable.
I know that on every holiday you meet some less educated people who would be better off renting a chalet. Compared to 2 years ago, this year there were (very) noisy guests who were not able to control their children. For example, I found it sad to see how some children took away the New Year's Eve decoration and ran through the restaurant. The restaurant staff had to be careful where they went to avoid bumping into the moved decoration or the running around children, or children that were lying on the floor, etc..
In my opinion, as an owner, you have the right to take action against such behaviour, even though is difficult to do so.

Beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent food with lots of local products to try, some really nice wines to choose from, very friendly staff and the fantastic proximity of the cable car to top it all off. We will surely consider returning to Monroc for another winter holiday.
