★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacanza in quel del Piemonte (regione più visitata nel 2021 da parte mia) e rientro con tappa nel meraviglioso castello di Racconigi. Dopo una disperata ricerca di un posto per pranzo, puntiamo a questo ristorante in pieno centro. Risultato? Spettacolare.
? LOCALE | un ristorante sviluppato su 2 piani che mescola rustico a montanaro, trovando un equilibrio ottimale a mio avviso. L'arredamento è caldo e non sembra di essere in un posto esclusivo (per fortuna)
?♂ PERSONALE | le cameriere sono delle macchine da guerra. Velocissime, simpatiche e sempre gentili nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta. Brave!
?? CUCINA | non saprei che altro dire se non: buonissimo. Tris di antipasti, ravioloni al brasato, cappone sfumato alla birra, dolce, caffè, ma come poteva essere tutto così delizioso? In cucina sono dei maghi.
? CONTO | In 2, scegliendo il menù degustazione (che consiglio), abbiamo pagato 55€. Prezzo onestissimo per aver fatto un pranzo completo con ogni portata. Io spero di tornarci!
Vacation in Piedmont (most visited region in 2021 by me) and return with a stop in the wonderful Racconigi castle. After a desperate search for a place for lunch, we aim for this restaurant in the center. Result? Spectacular.
? LOCAL | a restaurant developed on 2 floors that mixes rustic with mountain, finding an optimal balance in my opinion. Decor is warm and doesn't feel like an upscale place (thankfully)
?♂ STAFF | the maids are war machines. Very fast, nice and always kind in responding to every request. Brave!
?? KITCHEN | I don't know what else to say except: very good. Trio of appetizers, ravioli with braised meat, capon shaded with beer, dessert, coffee, but how could everything be so delicious? In the kitchen they are magicians.
? ACCOUNT | In 2, choosing the tasting menu (which I recommend), we paid € 55. Fairly priced for having a full lunch with each course. I hope to go back!
