★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto suggestivo.. mangiare dentro ad un castello non è da tutti i giorni..il cibo di qualità..il tagliere di salumi e formaggi buonissimi e anche i primi..la cameriera molto cordiale e Gentile...la carne non l'abbiamo mangiata ma sarà per la prossima volta.. prezzi nella media.. torneremo ?
 Very suggestive place .. eating inside a castle is not every day .. the quality food .. the platter of delicious cold cuts and cheeses and also the first courses .. the very friendly and kind waitress ... the meat is not there 'we ate but it will be for next time .. average prices .. we will be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an Aussie who frequently travels to Italia and this is the best food experience I have had- by a country mile!
I stayed in Celano (short drive away) and came for lunch the first day I arrived. I liked the food so much, I ended up eating here everyday until I left (three times in three days!!!!).
The pasta and gnocchi (I had pomodorro and el ragu variations) were excellent quality with very generous portions.
For secondi (second main), I had steak each meal as they were always cooked perfectly, on a grill over the fire, in full view from our table. This really added to the experience!
For dessert, I couldnt go past the cannoli (every meal) and it did not disappoint.
As well as the food the Ristorante had an excellent atmosphere (lots of locals having a meal), stylish decor (some very interesting antiques hung from the walls) and friendly, English speaking staff (Bianca, Daniela and Walter were very warm and welcoming).
All in all, I will definitely eat here next time I am in Italia. It was an excellent experience.
