Una vera sfilata di gustosi antipasti caserecci, con a seguire l'assaggio di primi con pasta fatta in casa e le imbancabili grigliate. La location è sorprendente poiché è incastonata nelle colline sopra Ficarra con panorami nella vallata di Sinagra con degli scorci sul mare. Attorno al locale è presente un boschetto attrezzato di tavoli e griglie per i pic-nic con parenti e amici, pagando una piccola quota d'ingresso per usufruire dei servizi. Vale veramente la pena prenotare un tavolo anche in queste fredde giornate d'inverno al caldo del camino. Excellent restaurant to taste the traditional dishes of the entire territory and the nearby Nebrodi Mountains. A real parade of tasty homemade appetizers, followed by a tasting of first courses with homemade pasta and the unmissable grills. The location is surprising as it is set in the hills above Ficarra with views over the Sinagra valley with glimpses of the sea. Around the restaurant there is a grove equipped with tables and grills for picnics with relatives and friends, paying a small entrance fee to use the services. It is really worth booking a table even on these cold winter days in the warmth of the fireplace.

Dopo qualche tornante si arriva in un ampio parcheggio, tramite una scaletta si giungerà all'entrata vera e proprio del locale, immerso nel verde. I prodotti offerti sono tutti prodotti dall'agriturismo stesso. Gli antipasti sono molto vari e gustosi e l'assaggio permette di apprezzarli tutti. I primi sono molto buoni e di generose porzioni. La grigliata di carne lascia un po' a desiderare, con il castrato troppo cotto, secco e grasso, anche la salsiccia, seppur molto buona, è leggermente secca. Buone le bracioline. Il sorbetto al limone è uno spettacolo! Il personale è professionale e gentile, ma decisamente lento. Mangiando d'estate all'aperto è sempre fresco e ventilato, anche nei giorni più caldi. After a few hairpin bends you arrive in a large parking lot, through a ladder you will reach the actual entrance of the restaurant, surrounded by greenery. The products offered are all produced by the farm itself. The appetizers are very varied and tasty and the tasting allows you to appreciate them all. The first are very good and generous in portions. The grilled meat leaves something to be desired, with the mutton overcooked, dry and fatty, even the sausage, although very good, is slightly dry. Good chops. The lemon sorbet is a sight! The staff are professional and polite, but definitely slow. Eating outdoors in the summer is always cool and breezy, even on the hottest days.
