Varietà di impasti per tutti i gusti, da quello classico a quello napoletano passando per i grani antichi siciliani, per il riso venere e perfino per le alghe. La Pizzeria le Vie del Borgo sa come andare incontro a tutte le esigenze senza mai scendere a compromessi in fatto di qualità delle materie prime e della loro stagionalità (non sempre, altrove, accade). Il tutto è accompagnato dalla grande preparazione e professionalità di Anastasio e dalla cortesia e simpatia del personale. Dare 5 stelle è il minimo. Definitely the best pizza I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Variety of doughs for all tastes, from classic to Neapolitan through ancient Sicilian grains, black rice and even seaweed. Pizzeria le Vie del Borgo knows how to meet all needs without ever compromising on the quality of raw materials and their seasonality (not always, elsewhere, it happens). All this is accompanied by the great preparation and professionalism of Anastasio and by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. Giving 5 stars is the minimum.

Pizza buona, soprattutto quelle con mozzarella di bufala. Sympathy and hospitality of the owners make you forget some small uncertainty in the service at the tables, due to the fact that the place was full. Good pizza, especially the ones with buffalo mozzarella.

Consigliatissimo What to say pizza without any defect, high quality ingredients with light dough with high hydration and long leavening and cooked in the typical and traditional wood-burning oven, go up to ficarra it is worth it. Highly recommended

Base allowed to prove for 72 hours is so light and crispy. A choice of several different grains/bases and loads of toppings. Its tucked away and only locals. Luckily we were taken by family. I can imagine in August it would be hard to keep up with demand. Worth every mouthful! Need to come to Australia.
