Il personale è gentile e disponibile...per tutto questo merita cinque stelle. Simple and genuine restaurant. It is the only restaurant in the center of Grotte di Castro and for this reason it plays a very important social role. The staff is friendly and helpful ... for all this it deserves five stars.

I ate scrambled eggs with truffles and squid gnocchi, both of which were very delicious. I was also interested in other dishes, so I would like to come back someday.

Carta vini ben fornita e prezzi nella norma. Consigliatissimo. We stopped to eat here because we were comfortable with the accommodation, without expecting anything in particular, but the dishes we took were excellent. Well-stocked wine list and normal prices. Highly recommended.

Atmosfera semplice e personale cordiale. Nella pasta che ho preso, con guanciale e tartufo, gli ingredienti erano molto buoni ma legavano poco con la pasta, altrimenti meritava un voto più alto. Ho trovato un servizio cortese e preparato, piatti semplici ma preparati con cura e attenzione anche nell'impiattamento. Carta dei vini molto ampia, anche se a novembre molte etichette erano comprensibilmente non disponibili. Prezzi ottimi. Tornero' spesso I discovered this little restaurant by accident. I found a courteous and prepared service, simple dishes but prepared with care and attention even in the dish. Very extensive wine list, although many labels were understandably unavailable in November. Great prices. I'll be back often
