Difficile spiegare in due righe là particolarità di questo home restaurant. La location è molto accogliente, come i gestori, e nelle ore di luce si può ammirare una vista sul lago incredibile. La ricercatezza dei piatti, tutti rigorosamente preparati a mano con prodotti di qualità, fa da subito la differenza con la media dei locali della zona. Per quanto riguarda i vini l’offerta è ampia e si riesce a ottenere un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto per una cena di coppia o tra amici. La famigliarità del locale è dei proprietari renderà ancora più unica la vostra esperienza. E a prezzi più che onesti! Sicuramente ci tornerò presto. The refinement of the dishes, all rigorously prepared by hand with quality products, immediately makes the difference with the average of the local restaurants. As for wines, the offer is wide and it is possible to obtain excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend this place for a couple dinner or with friends. The familiarity of the place and the owners will make your experience even more unique. And at more than fair prices! I will definitely be returning soon.

Nel delizioso centro storico si trova “La Casa di Effe.” Una dimora di altri tempi disposta su più livelli, con una ampia terrazza panoramica, che contempla vari scorci. Dalla vista del lago di Bolsena, allo storico campanile della chiesa di S. Pietro Apostolo del XVII sec. All’ interno Fabiana e Fabio accolgono i loro ospiti in un viaggio alla scoperta delle radici della Tuscia, una selezione di ricette dal carattere famigliare e campestre, una vera poesia bucolica. Nei piatti si fonde la sapienza e la genuinità di un tempo con l'innovazione dei tempi moderni.
