★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se passate da Grotte di Castro non potete fare a meno di provare i biscotti di questo panificio. Buonissimi. Indimenticabili. Uno spicchio di storia gastronomica. Vengono fatti come nel 1500, a mano con le ricette e gli ingredienti usati nel Rinascimento. Noi ci siamo capitati per caso sbagliando strada. Felici di aver scoperto quest'incredibile angolo di sapori antichi.
 If you pass by Grotte di Castro you cannot help but try the biscuits of this bakery. Very good. Unforgettable. A slice of gastronomic history. They are made as in 1500, by hand with the recipes and ingredients used in the Renaissance. We came across it by chance on the wrong road. Happy to have discovered this incredible corner of ancient flavors.
