★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante tipico piemontese. Personale gentile e servizio velocissimo (forse fin troppo...). Diciamo che come opinione complessiva direi "senza infamia e senza lode": le nostre aspettative erano molto alte grazie o a causa di un passaparola che valuta questo ristorante eccezionale, non abbiamo sicuramente mangiato male, ma i sapori e la resa dei piatti erano piuttosto mediocri. Per ciò che abbiamo mangiato il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto, per come abbiamo mangiato e considerato che abbiamo avuto uno sconto con The fork mi sarei aspettata di spendere un po' meno.
Nota positiva: Al di sotto del locale c'è un piccolo infernot molto suggestivo, visitabile in qualunque momento.
 Typical Piedmontese restaurant. Friendly staff and very fast service (perhaps too much ...). Let's say that as an overall opinion I would say "without infamy and without praise": our expectations were very high thanks or due to word of mouth that evaluates this exceptional restaurant, we certainly didn't eat badly, but the flavors and the yield of the dishes were rather mediocre. For what we ate the value for money is right, for how we ate and considering that we had a discount with The fork I would have expected to spend a little less.
Positive note: Below the restaurant there is a small very suggestive infernot, which can be visited at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and hospitable owners and great food. Recommend to take the menu(degustazione de Olmo), which includes a loooot of food, wine, water and coffee/tea. They also have a nice infernot underneath the restaurant, this can be visited upon request (for free).

The hosts also spoke German and a little English.
